Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★So far the service itself has been wonderful, but the way this app gouges for prices is just absurd. You're telling me you have a service fee for running the app, after inflating prices an enormous amount, then a processing charge, then a regulatory response fee, etc. By the time you get to the tip for the driver you've already spent 250% of what your order would've been just going yourself. Way too many issues with the way they charge people and not enough tile to write on.
4 ★They are good with delivery and everything. The dashers just need to make sure that it's the person order instead of just walking out. I've had this happen to me twice so far and I've been with them for about a year now... I love using this app they just need to get more of an understanding going on when it comes to them picking the order up
1 ★Why must you keep doing me dirty? The app will allow double orders without me agreeing to it, this causes backtracking. Backtracking is not efficient in terms of profit. The red card issued got declined, after spending 10 minutes shopping, 5 minutes in line and another 5 minutes of trying to get red card approval for purchases. The app has difficulties processing the final steps of an order, redirecting the dasher in circles. Please, for the love of delivery fix these issues, it causes delay.
1 ★The app automatically input my old address, they sent a 50$ order to my old address and customer service blamed me for the mistake. They set this up deceptively and I'll explain. When you add food to your cart and click checkout if it already has address information in and you click checkout it just sends the order out. I tried to contact support during the order and he ended the chat with me. I tried against with customer support and they offered back 22$ in credit. Grubhub is better btw.
1 ★Too many bad experiences to fit in 500 characters. Missing food, wrong hours leading to no food or even no option to get food because of wait time and everything else being closed afterwards, 10 bucks is justice for over 2hrs of wait time for missing items and a a re delivery no refund. Guess that's what our time and money is worth to them. I'd expect a refund, and a new full delivery of food on the house for the time and inconvenience to my whole family waiting that long for their food.
1 ★"Scan your card to verify your identity." This message pops up EVERY TIME I try to make an order now, and I DO NOT carry my card with me at all times or hardly ever. This started after I have already made over 50 successful previous orders without asking to verify one single time before now. If this app had a face, I would kick all of its teeth into the back of its throat.
2 ★Ordering food through a third party delivery service is risky. Menus are often not up to date, and menu item availability is usually not accurate either. Doordash does not reimburse and the establishment rarely ever takes responsibility. Once you pay for something, you're basically committed. Sometimes the establishment will offer something else of similar type or value, sometimes not. Doordash also never reimburses canceled orders, even if reason for canceling is 100% Doordash's fault.
1 ★Used the app for over two years. Worked well at first but the last month or so has been awful. Orders left at restaurant and only drinks delivered for one example. Last two instances I ordered from a place, they took too long so they switched it to a sevond location with a new driver, so I cancelled and ordered from another chain in general just for the order to be stuck on preparing and then ultimately cancelled.
1 ★Good app. But 1 star rating is due to them stealing money. I placed the order for my apartment when I'm at work. Since I couldn't change the delivery address or the restaurant address, I had to cancel. But I only get 12$ back of my 28$ order. No restaurant should be able to have automatic order confirmation. This is theft. And should be illegal. (I gurantee you that it is illegal. But not an 'enforceable law'.) Disputing this transaction with my credit card company.
2 ★Over the last few months this has been the worst delivery service. Almost anywhere I order from there is always at least 2 items not delivered. It's not even one specific restaurant either, it the majority of all the popular stores. Dashers need to check the order better, if your customer orders a drink with a meal but you don't have the drink, that may be an obvious clue the order is missing something.
5 ★I don't know if it's a recent update or anything, but this app is broken now. Nothing loads, it took 20 minutes just for it to realize my address is valid, the one it's delivered to dozens of times, the DashPass offer keeps popping up like a virus it happens so often, and I can't even submit an order. EDIT: This is no longer an issue, and DoorDash is really reliable now, and offers a bunch of stuff.
2 ★Honestly the app is great. Its nice to order food when you're too lazy to cook or pick it up. But the fees are crazy. They also add additional prices. So if something cost $15 at a restaurant, they will charge $17.50. Then they add all these other fees which amount to $10. Then you are obligated to tip the driver. So an item that was $15 ends up costing $30-32. That seems so steep of an increase its not worth it. But, its nice if you're lazy like me.
