1 ★Weird Music bug plays when playing the game, it just started recently. I always play the game with no sound or music and listen to something else in the background, however it plays its own music now, despite me having muted both sound and music in settings. It also continues to play when I exit the game, and only stops playing when I fully close the app, in that I clear it from the background. Weird bug.
1 ★This game is amazing, and I have been playing it for years. I would've given it 5 stars, but from the recent updates, the main page keeps showing me a connection problem. When I click it, it tells me connection error and check settings. I tried restarting the phone, deleting the app, and reinstalling it. Nothing works, and it's frustrating. I can't use certain surfers that I bought because it keeps showing me a loading symbol due to the error. Please fix this. UPDATE: SUPPORT SITE WONT OPEN!
5 ★I love the character selection. There's such a unique cast of characters to choose from. The only gripes is that I wish there was more done in-game with the message from Frank, he's such an interesting character and the level with clips of his series sprite was so cool, and also that there needs to be more of the series made, we were just getting to the good part. This has nothing to do with the gameplay though, the gameplay is 10/10 :)
2 ★Earlier i used to get watch ads option and ads were playing successfully. But now, i don't know for what reason the ads have stopped playing. Watch ads option is there but ads won't load/play. I thought it was just a bug and will go away with the new update. But, even after updating the game today ads are not playing up. Please fix it up ASAP. I'm very annoyed.
4 ★I've been playing this for a long time now, it has a nice graphics and the power ups are super cool, but these fast few weeks there's a little bit of problem's. too much taking time to load the highest number of scores, the events , and etc. even though I do have a stable internet connection. But to sum it up it's still cool i like this game.
3 ★It's nice. I just find it really annoying that when I get a new character or a board it's automatically equipped. Sometimes I'll forget to change back to my usual board with superjump and superspeed and it ruins my run. Not a big deal in main mode, I can just restart, but it's really annoying in events since there's the cooldown times. So I'd give a higher rating if there was an option to stop the auto equip.
5 ★I have been playing this game for 7 years already now, and I gotta say that this game is my childhood. However, I spotted bugs with the Ad System. There's a poor selection of advertisements to watch to get rewards or save yourself on a run, and I sometimes run into the problem when there's no countdown until the ad ends, it just stays like that. Also, most of the time ads are unavailable. If you fix it, I'll rate it 5 stars. Edit: Thank you, now it's better.
5 ★Since I started playing again not long ago, I've had no issues. Great game, not a lot of ads, cheap purchases, and more. Although, there are two things I would change, they are: longer seasons that aren't about a month (maybe 2 or 3?). And also more mission multipliers (to 50). Overall, I am not uninstalling this app for a while (maybe never!).

5 ★Love the many options for a soundtrack. As it keeps me, lowkey addicted to the game as if I was a kid again, playing it the first time. It's prolly, my number one favourite thing about this game, that other rip offs couldn't possibly think of. Enjoying the uniquely designed challenges, 'No Floor Challenge Plant Invasion.' The "Venice Beach" AKA thee *80's vaperwave soundtrack* on that, is my favourite of all time, as the soundtrack speeds up with the difficulty 🌟🌟🌟🌟💖!
4 ★I have been playing Subway Surfers for approximately 3 years at a stretch now and while I cannot say it is free of flaws, it is also not easy for a game to be so regardless. I have been very pleased with the themes and character designs and the game definitely only keeps improving. I am also very pleased with the services provided by the staff and their quick and professional responses to mail. PS: I wish some of the (few) characters I missed would make returns (for event coins or keys).
5 ★It's a good game, it made me fell energetic every time and the thing is the ads doesn't disturb while playing and even after playing and but there are some characters which are unlocked only if we use the real money. And when the game starts the speed is very slow and after a while it suddenly increases, other the game is too interesting and I liked it soo much and hope so they will change this
