How to install WeCSee APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download WeCSee APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.ylst.wecsee-vv2.1.22-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

1 ★Bloody useless app! Just keeps saying connecting and does not allow you to do anything else. Essentially bricked my camera and made it a door bell! The support for this app is non existent and no one ever responds to messages or emails! UPDATE: I can now connect after last update but now no longer sends to the phone when the door bell is pressed. Developer's, sort this out. I work in IT and unit testing should be carried out. Seems like no testing is done at all with this app!
1 ★A lot of problems with the program, and most importantly, who came up with the idea of registering the network using a button outside the apartment?
2 ★With this new update, I can still connect but unable to receive any notification on my phone when the door bell is pressed by a visitor. Although network was connected to iBell but it indicated that there is no internet access. You mentioned this latest update fixes the problem that the message push cannot be delivered. In actual fact, this update DID NOT fix this problem at all, the message push still cannot be delivered. I believe the App Server IP cannot be detected, hence deriving with this irritating issue. Hope you look into this issue seriously and resolve this matter soonest possible.

4 ★After updating unable to access the doorbell at all. However managed to figure it out. For those who encounter same problem, go to D-state, WiFi setting, and reset the WiFi. It works for me, take note, 2.4ghz connection only. Those using Google WiFi will encounter problem, try to use old device that use 2.4ghz connection. Captcha doesn't work, login using your email instead. Hopes this review will helps those who face connection problems. :)

1 ★Still broken, keeps crashing, doorbell is still a useless POS... still keeps crash, still doesnt connect, still invasively appearing on phone, wouldn't be surprised if it were listening to me rather than the monitoring the doorbell. It has one job!! Dec 2019. Still utterly useless, POS dont buy. Con. Probably stealing all my personal details?!
1 ★It kept dinging my phone even before I got it paired with device & woke me up. Based on the ratings & issues, I uninstalled. I wanted to buy a different peephole camera with a better app but it also uses this app. Why is developer not doing something to fix the connection problems? If they don't, then device developers should use a different app to interface with their devices.

I keep getting app notifications that the app is 'working in the background' but no longer get video call after bell button press and bell sound Will be asking seller for refund
