2 ★Finally with good support help they helped me get it going. Was working fine until last update now I can't get any of the pics and just goes to next page when I tap it. Hoping support will get on this soon. [ Just did new update today. Gave another star since now it is working correctly] Hoping it stays that way now. sadly going down to two stars I have had this for almost 2 years now. now I'm having a problem I cannot get support to email me back. I hope the developer continues with this as I think it is great. 3 ★It works, had to change wifi channel on my router and switch channel widthfrom 20 to 40. Need the ability to view live video at any time. Sound isgarbled and not loud enough on the camera.
3 ★A lot of my settings are missing and I can' t see who is at my door when I'm not home please fix. I am missing features. 11/3/17 my app is not working properly and I tried to uninstall and reinstall but nothing happens.
4 ★It works only when doorbell button is press ed, it would be nice if you could view the camera alone whenever you turn on the app on your end, instead of activating it from the bell end. Otherwise make sure to log i to the bell first and then to your wifi, also android/apple users if you log in to the same account the settings work across all devices.

1 ★Down loaded this app for my wifi doorbell and being trying for over two weeks to configure the wifi, sent the developer emails with no response, what a waste of time and money.
4 ★UPDATE: 06/2018 Door bell works fine INSIDE my home during setup. But when I place it on my DOOR/porch it wont call my mobile devices. ODD I know but my WIFI is very strong outside. I can connected it while inside then have a live video feed when I put it in the base. But once I disconnect the call it does not reconnect/call my devices, but Does RING the inside chime. PLEASE HELP 03/2018-Pir/Motion and door bell visitors are not being stored on cloud as stated in the app. Only local (on phone) pictures and video when activated during call. Nothing stored if motion/call alerts are missed. Please fix this. Setup is easy an video/sound if good considering the low price if the device. The interior bell works fast and was easy to setup. Calls to multiple devices witch is a good selling point. Would be a great feature to have some type of web log in for computers, and to be able to adjust motion area. But good value for the price over all
