Been using it for a while. It's a little glitchy and can be difficult to navigate. Especially since there are two different tabs that say selling but each has a separate menu. And shipping is extremely difficult as it seems to block certain shipping options when you list certain items but then after buyer has paid you are suddenly allowed those options. NOTIFICATIONS ARE ALL OR NOTHING ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐

From what was a decent app for a seller, eBay has chosen to modify the app until it is almost unworkable. First the app changed the custom SKU so sellers waste hours looking for a sold item in the wrong place. Then eBay chose to change the preference for printing postage labels without notice not once but twice. So it's gotten to be more trouble than it's worth since your shipping preference is not only changed, but you're locked out from changing it back to what you prefer.

New UI is terrible. All the buttons to navigate are supposed to be at the bottom, but sometimes they aren't there at all. You have to just keep navigating around or opening and closing the app and hope that the buttons show back up so you can use the app fully. They also like to pop up "how are we doing" questionnaires in the middle of me trying to use the app. How are you doing? Well, you wouldn't be getting this 1 star review if you had just let me use the app in peace instead of pestering me.

Updating (again) my original review, as the bugs mentioned were (somewhat) resolved, but now the latest updates bring new problems for Android users. The updated best offer method is broken and not useful, I consider it a step backward from how it used to work. Searches are still littered with bugs : items disappearing, entire site searches bringing up zero results, sponsored items that have nothing to do with the specified searches, filtering is broken, store searches are a disaster.

The biggest issue I have using eBay are the sellers. It seems like half the time the items they have for sale they actually don't have it's only after I wasted my time scrolling and then paying to find out later than ever actually had the item. Sometimes you can get a hold of the sellers other times there's no answer. And probably the worst thing is PayPal. I've made four different attempts to get an account set up and it's non-stop glitches to the point where I just threw in the towel.

For an app of this age id expect much more. It lacks luster and intentionally makes it hard to see where items are being shipped from. This can lead to delays in getting the product as the best prices are usually from china but it takes over a month for shipping. The site is so full of vendors now, that finding the old actions is extremely dificult. Id say Wish is a better option for the same quality and pricing but with discounts for most of what on here.

Love using the app BUT there needs to be some type of option to hide specific sellers when looking at search results. Some sellers have horrible reviews (that are recent) and it would be nice to have the option to hide/filter them from the search results (I.e hide feedback percentage under 80 for example). Also a good way to filter the scammers.

I love eBay! I have been a member since 2016 and have always had an overall great expierience selling and buying through eBay, although the fees are a bit and high and you have to pay to get exposure to your items those are my main 2 downfalls for the service! If you don't have a product with a high profit margin it's hard to make money through eBay!!

Updates always cause app to not function properly! Zero seller protection. They don't give you TRP discount even when you're top rated. Nothing's based on performance anymore, it's ALL based on greed. All fees keep going up. So you pay more and get less... Makes sense right! ๐คฌ Now search gives irrelevant nonsense instead of actual search results! Accidentally click bottom panel and you'll have to start all over again. Been a buyer/seller for 9+ yrs and never seen it as bad as it is now! ๐๐๐

Great app, except... Developer has an odd workaround for Google's "Force Stop," and the app turns itself back on almost right away. I like to turn off certain apps when I go on vacation, especially those that I've set to notify or auto-download. The eBay app left me no choice but to uninstall while I was on my most recent vacation, hence the 4star rating. Don't worry eBay, I've reinstalled since I'm back home.

When opening and editing a listing or draft with a package weight of 1 lb 0 oz, the app automatically changes the weight to 0 lb 16 oz. If the listing or draft had the "I don't know the package details" it enters its own numbers from thin air. I then have to go into the shipping info and change it back, or the listing will not save. Ebay disables its own ability to save these listings until I correct it each and every time I want to change any item specific. Fix Please.

Huge bug I've noticed over the last few months. If you send an offer to somebody, then navigate to other parts of the app, then use the back button to return, if you return far enough it will go back to the offer sent page, and then it will submit another offer without even asking for your confirmation. Has happened to me a few times now, super annoying behavior and so broken.
