5 ★simple... straight forward and gives your muscles time to recover between reps as long as you don't just skip the time.
5 ★Brilliant App. I've just finished week 4 doing 8 6 5 4 7 6 reps. Considering 4 weeks ago I would struggle to do 4 pull ups there is definitely obvious progression
5 ★Outstanding program. Started only being able to do a few pullups. Only week 2 and can do more than before. I love the slow increase each day
5 ★it has gotten me from 3 to 10 pull-ups so far. the progressions are tough because they don't pyramid down. It's working.
