4 ★Good app only issue I would say it has is that it goes smoothly at first and than tries to quickly jump you up 20 pushups on the next session and usually adds the majority at the last pushup which for me I've broken the last one in two for now as I run out of steam and can't manage to do 30 pushups all at once after my last 70 or so.
5 ★I end my workout with push ups and this is a great program for it. This app gives a motivational quotes then prompts you with what you have to complete. The routine is set up for strength and power with a rest time of 2mins between sets. If your goal is to do 50 push ups without rest I urge you to try this program.
4 ★Great encouraging app, only critique is the dramatic jump in reps from one day to the next... it would be great to make it more realistic and a gradual push in rep calculations. Great app though, it really pushes you!
5 ★So far so good. Could use more KPIs and loggin what was completed but nice GUI!....... Edit - 45 day update - i just did 100 pushups in 1 session OMG. I expected this by 3 months, good system. I go every other day and have only skipped 2 go days because i surfed instead.
3 ★The rest periods are way too long for coarses at the start. They only need to be withing 20 to 30 seconds long. Im currently doing cert 3 in fitness and in our work out coarses we have more reps in out sets and less reat time. Your would only need a 2 minute break if you were to do 100 or more push ups in one set. So all this app needs to improve is the rest times otherwise good job guys u did an awedome job creating work out routines for everyday practices. I recommend doing this course 😎
5 ★Great app, I'm up to 50 pushups already. Each step is a manageable jump, and if you're struggling it lets you go back to the previous day and do that again. Ads are fine and just at the end of each total set.
5 ★Really good app. Doing the 3000 in November challenge and this is a massive help to structure large volumes and build strength early on.
5 ★Definitely works for sure. Saw improvement within a couple of weeks. It just gets more challenging and I love that about it. Excellent job coders and thinkers!
5 ★Easy to start. Reminders are key to getting back into a habit. Once you get a few days under your belt you want to keep going. Three days a week is accivable. If you are super fit you can go back and do it again. Take the challence and push your self a few at a time. Good luck you can donit.
4 ★It's a good progression of workouts to increase your max pushup reps. You won't progress as quickly as the app implies you will, but you can repeat the same workout until your ready to move on.
5 ★Great app, this has helped me go from only being able to do one feeble push up to 14 in one go so far. I had to start by doing the sessions on my knees 😁, got to week 4 then restarted doing full pushups. 💪
