4 ★Only on week 4, but enjoying the app so far . Nice build up . Only thing really missing is a guided warmup. I'm experienced enough to put one together , but beginners might not be and squatting without a good warmup can cause injury .
4 ★I really love this. Incredibly easy to use, and really well designed aesthetically. Will probably repeat with added weight.
5 ★So far so good. My mistake with other apps by developer is pushing harder during the earlier stages. Stick to the routine and it will all work out to your goals.

5 ★Simple enough, helps build you up slowly. Even demonstrates proper form. Not loaded down by ads, and keeps track of your progress easily.
5 ★The app is jist like what it's called. As you progress how many squats you can do at a time, it also helps build your leg muscles and it's a great way to train them. I recommend this app if you want to do a bidyweight leg exercise other than lunges. 😆
