5 ★Made me enjoy running and can't stop ever since! Didn't think I could run at all but started on level 1 and all the way through level 4. Amazing app and keeps me on track with the dings and verbal reminders after every 5 minutes or so (whenever its time to go to the next step of either walking or running..) during the run.
3 ★Ok but gps tracking needs work. This app has preset interval running/walking times which is what i was looking for. I'm getting back into running and looking to try intervals to build back up to steady mileage runs. The voice promps and bells, i like. The gps tracker puts me in the general area but my mileages are always off. Like i said, i like this for the preprogammed interval workout structure. I paid the 3$ payment to activate out of respect to developer. If gps worked, woulda paid the 10$
3 ★No option to view ahead, like I can just wing my day? I schedule my days, I need to plan weeks out, but you can only preview the next run. With changing time and increasing running increments/ durations, I need to be able to prepare so I can get my head into it. I can't see what the coach has in store for me beyond the next run That doesn't work for me. 3 stars because it is a good app for beginner runners, but it loses 2 because it is failing by surprising new runners unnecessarily.
5 ★This app is awesome. I've been using it for about 6 weeks now, and it's really helped me to improve my running ability! I never have been a runner (nor have a really wanted to be one....) but my dog needs about an hour of exercise every day, so I thought that running would be really beneficial for her. This app is exactly what I was looking for. Just something simple to tell me when to run, walk, and when to stop. I love that it keeps track of how long you ran, and how far. It also allows you to play music, or an audiobook while you use the app. Highly reccomend.
5 ★I have been a runner. As I have gotten older my body has not agreed with running every day let alone running the full time I'm out there. I have loved the programs through the years that worked for me, but I had yet to find an app that I like. This is one. Though my mind still struggles with "Hey, you're not running the full, straight 20 or 30 minutes!" My body appreciates the change and the walking. The app is simple and easy to use. I really do enjoy it.
5 ★I love this app!! It's a great way to gradually increase your stamina and distance. It's an awesome combo of both walking and running and it had a great feature that notifies you when you're halfway so you can turn around and go back. You can also repeat workouts if you find a time or distance that works for you. Get this app!!!
5 ★The built-in workouts are nice, but the custom workout feature is why I downloaded and paid for this app. The option to input ANY running workout from a specific training program you use is fantastic. The audio cues that play over my Spotify running playlist are EXACTLY what I was looking for.
4 ★I like it alot, I use it on thr treadmill and listen to music while cueing for the count downs for the end of each timed walk or run then I change the pace. it's fun, and i would like to see an aspect where you can link socially with family or friends and have the option to show running scores and motivate each other.
5 ★I've used a LOT of running apps, but this is my favorite. Nothing fancy, just does what it's supposed to. It eases you into gradually running at a longer pace, which is perfect for people like me who get winded after a minute or so. I like how it tells you how long each section of the program will take (4 weeks) so I can set my goals.
5 ★Best app for beginners. I started as a beginner(43) and after 4 month, I was able to run for 60 minutes without rest. Unbelievable..! Here is my method: Each level has 4-weeks duration and 12 trainings plan, so you have 3 workouts per week. This way i was able to finish each level in one month. I don't eat anything for about an hour before training because if I do, I feel something moving in my stomach while running. After work out I drink a lot of water. My best record is 15 km in 110 minutes.
5 ★Great app for setting your own run/ routine. Would be great to have inclines for running machine use. App plays in the background when watching TV or listening to music. More levels of activity please. Bike, Walking fast, slow, up hill, down hill. Power walling, sprinting, Eclipse machine. Easy to time with running machine. Gives a half way announcement and time to increase/decrease speed on running machine. not used it for out door running but I'm.sure it will be pretty good. Pedometer please.
