Description
This app enables video visitation on your Android device, and should be downloaded AFTER 'GTL - Schedule Visits (1 of 2)'.Note that 'GTL - Internet Visits (2 of 2)' will not have an icon, but will work in the background once downloaded. With both these apps installed, you can register yourself and other visitors, schedule visits, cancel visits, and update your account information all directly from your Android device.
***Important*** Before starting your visit, check the following:
1. Headphones must be used to reduce echo.
2. Try not to move around too much.
3. If you see the flashing warning icon, video quality is dropping.
4. If you’re using WiFi, stay close to your access point.
5. Sharing WiFi can cause trouble with video quality.
6. If you lose inmate video, close the app and return.

How to install GTL - Internet Visits (2 of 2) APK on Android phone or tablet?

3 ★The calls break up very badly and sometimes the video will just sit black for 5 mins before it even starts causing you to lose your paid time. This needs to be fixed other than that it would be great
4 ★I enjoy this app think that its the best way of communication with family member that are away and out of reach if it didn't have system problems once you get past the downloading of it . I had gotten so excited then the damn system didn't allow use to hear one another or they wasn't there present for the visit, so far as being able to hear them or even seeing them through the visit I have lose so much money on this they really need to update system so the best way yet of communicating with love one truly can be a good idea. But compared to the collect calling I would still give this a 4 rating cause it hasn't be as much money lost as that system is so please can we find away to fix issues with connection and refunding.
1 ★Absolute waste of money!!! Logged in on time, clicked start visit button. Got an error message "no scheduled visit..." (appt scheduled, paid for, both 1 & 2 apps uploaded) while "connecting" is running in the top left (black screen) Timer start, ran without a visit. Husband called thinking I was not logged in. Crappy App! From the multiple complaints below.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY with this app if you can avoid it! Just lining their pockets $$$, but you may not get to video visit.
1 ★Horrible and frustrating. Inmate could here me but I couldn't hear them. Video kept cutting out. I'm sitting right by my wifi. Is there another app for this?
1 ★yes I have tried and download this several times and it doesn't work I'm with everybody else I don't know what's going on with this. Sucks
5 ★Great app, visits appear clear most of the time, sometimes its poor connections but other then that great way to see loved ones that are away.
5 ★works great. no echo on my end without headphones but it is on my sons if im not using them. we have had multiple visits now using this app and it hasn't let us down any. very easy to use i do wish we didnt have to use the headphones but just so greatful for the ease of visiting him from home.
1 ★This app sucks better than a tramp earning money!!!! Like the video comes in and out but the crazy part is the officer that moniotrs the video visit can see amd hear me perfevtly but my friend who is a inmate cant. This app is a rip off it would be nive it it acutally worked.
4 ★The only bad thing is u have to use headphones so if u have a lil one in the visit they won't be able to hear him unless u put the headphones on them
4 ★Install the other app first and foremost. That is the app you'll launch from your phone. This app simply adds the video visitation feature to the scheduling app. If you start your visit and only see black, but can hear the inmate, disconnect or close the app and re-open it. Use earbuds in the headphone jack (or bluetooth ones) with a microphone. Even then there will be an echo on your end, where you hear your own words repeated to yourself, hence the 4 of 5 star rating.
4 ★I have had little problems just with the audio but believe that was on my part not theirs.
1 ★This app sucks. Its the absolute worst. Everytime i schedule a visit. For some reason. The visit doesnt go thru. Or im locked out most of time. Ive lost over $30. Ive lost my patience. And i dont think im gonna get any visits to go thru. I have several family members in prison. And all of it keeps costing me more and more money. I have to no they r ok. I have to talk to them n c them for myself. And apparently its not going tohappen thru these apps. HELP!!!!
