The Securus Mobile app now requires Android 9.0 or higher. Please update to the latest version.The app provides the following features to easily setup and manage our incarcerated connection services:
• Create a Securus Online account (required for app and website access)
• Change password and 4 digit PIN
• Setup security questions for easy password reset
Video Connect®
• Enroll in Video Connect, schedule a video session with an incarcerated individual remotely from anywhere in the world where you have Wi-Fi or cellular data service at all Securus sites that offer Video Connect.
• Enroll in Video Connect subscriptions (where available)
• Access and view your upcoming scheduled video sessions
• Sync details of upcoming video sessions with your calendar
• Receive notifications for upcoming video sessions
• Manage photos for identification, view transaction history and manage credit/debit cards
• Test Wi-Fi/cellular connection to determine quality of Video Connect
*For best results and to reduce echo, use a headset or ear buds with microphone for Video Connect
Prepaid Calling Account Management for You
AdvanceConnect – fund this account to receive calls to the phone numbers you choose from your contact. You can:
• Enroll and add funds to AdvanceConnect account to always be ready for a call
• Select a call subscription package (where available)
• See available funds
• Add or change phone numbers that can receive calls
• View call details and transaction summary
• View the last call attempt to a number
• Block or unblock calls
• Enroll in AutoPay or TextPay
• Update or change credit/debit card information
Securus Debit – deposit funds to this account for your contact to use for:

5 ★Very great video calls but the time we stay on the phone is short they dont give you alot of time to talk n they tale 2 stamps for picture but its all good i like the app honestly...
3 ★It jams up with jpay because rhey are connected so ive have had on onfoing issues with that but once you get it right and link app to JPay you should be good for a while Until then people start having issues again
2 ★Not user friendly at all. Doesn't show balance. I'm signed up to get text and email alerts for low funds, but more often than not, my account runs out of money without any kind of alert beforehand telling me to add money.
1 ★I can't use my swipe keyboard which is annoying as hell. Our messages are always delayed and Sometimes take days to go thru. Half the time securus is down and you can never get anyone on the phone
3 ★Something is always wrong like the video will cut in and out or their video and their pod just does not work sometimes like we can see them and hear them but they cannot see us or hear us at all
4 ★Wonderful app its just so durn hard to get customer service on the phone. Other than that it has been 110%
5 ★I like it because I can get hold my brother because there is other way you can call where he is then set up the appointment for your visit and than next day u see him o her it's excellent app and also u can share pics and videos as well but one thing I don't use money here to add for short time. JPay it's other app I love because you can deposit his money n funds as well than getting stuck on anything.
3 ★This app really helps to keep intouch with your loved ones, even on a daily basis. They tend to charge alot tho for video visits even if youre visit is cancled.
2 ★Can never get customer service at all. Called for days only get automated system then get hung up on when it says transferring. I emailed several times nothing back or any acknowledgment.
1 ★Its horrible I get login errors all the time the emails take forever to deliver they charge me for emails that never get delivered...and half the time you can't attach pictures ...just horrible
5 ★It's a very enjoying system for family to be able to see their families and their loved ones and communicate it's a good system sometimes it don't work the best but the best part of it as we get to see our loved ones
2 ★The app is hard to use. I put money on there and get burned. I like the company but the tablets pick only certain choices of ways to communicate.
