2 ★App WAS great and like others are saying, will no longer open even after reinstalling. What's really going on here kids, has been almost 2 months and still no fix! Just completely unacceptable.
1 ★I use this application almost daily, the latest update caused the app to not open at all. After the Thornton logo screen it forces close and continues in this fashion. No matter how many times you try. I actually like the application and NEVER had any issues with it before, I go to the gas station pretty much daily and I definitely use my rewards. You can't access the rewards anywhere else but through the app. Please fix this otherwise the application is useless and taking up space in my phone.
1 ★Just got a reward for October. Click on load to card and get error box that card number could not be found. Maybe they got hacked again.

1 ★Not totally a problem with the app, other than I add things to my card and when I go to Thorntons to get it then it's gone, and I dont know what is wrong with their gas but I have had to fill up 3 Times in 2 weeks lately. I dont drive anymore than usual so I switched gas stations to Circle k and I am getting my normal gas mileage. Maybe selling out to BP wasnt the best way to go. Everything went up in price and quality went way down.
2 ★I've been using this app for a while now and I have never had any issues until the recent update now it's been giving me problems every since when I try to load my cigarette coupons it just keeps popping up the screen and showing a small Thornton's logo and keeps flashing back and forth and won't load my coupons on there it's very aggregating I have tried to uninstall the app and re download it and it still doesn't work . Please fix this issue
1 ★When I click onto the app on my tablet it says "unfortunately Thortons has stopped".Never had a problem before and used it so why now?Tried about 5 times and still doesn't work,even with clicking on 'open' green button here on the play store page.Won't work on tablet,playstore,or from email.Please help or fix this.I want to use my rewards!!!!
1 ★The card doesn't work at the pump. It can't find my phone number when I enter it. Go inside and it works fine. Try to log in on the app. Doesn't accept my password. Request new p/w, enter it, and it's not accepted. Tried calling customer service. On hold for 10 minutes. Not worth all this aggravation. I'm going to Speedway.

1 ★Came into Thornton 3rd & Vorhees, Terre haute Indiana. Upgrade perform with soda display. Kick start energy drink was removed from soda options. Quick email to acknowledge my complaint. Been drinking over 4yrs, previously lived across the street and continued cause of fountain pop.
