Please be aware that in order to fully utilize video visitation on your Android device, you will need to download the following two apps: 'GTL - Schedule Visits (1 of 2)' and 'GTL - Internet Visits (2 of 2)' from the Android App Store.

Ensure your device settings for the app allow permission for your camera and microphone.

1 ★Horrible I'd give it a 0 if I could. . 3 visits in and still only see a black screen 20 mins of a 25 min visit. And occasionally hear my loved ones voice. But since it's the only way to see his face at this time ..its better than nothing.

5 ★This App is great! Although my family has nothing but iPhones luckily found an android about 5 minutes before my visit and downloaded both apps quickly and it shows very clearly! So convenient bc I live in a different state! It does say u need both apps so I downloaded both... maybe that's why some aren't working and go close to your router for good quality

1 ★The app needs to be updated with the newly added facilities. I tried downloading it so it would be easier than using the browser, but the jail isn't listed in the app.. I will give another review after this has been fixed. (As of now I cant get past the first screen to give a truthful review)

1 ★This app does NOT work! I have an iphone so I went out and bought this laptop and can't even get this app to open correctly. I can go on the site on my phone and it will let me schedule a visit perfectly fine but once I try on the laptop it skips staps and won't load the page to select a facility. I had to uninstal it several times and no matter what it still won't load properly. I don't know why they don't allow iphones to be used?

5 ★Amazing! I was able to speak with my loved one, my service was fine. I used wifi and headphones as suggested 0 issues. Best thing! Better then never being able to see them

1 ★This app litterally seems like it's running Windows 95 and it's more of an inconvenience to me to have to make an account instead of just calling to make reservations like I always have. Oh and Grafton correctional institution the one I need isn't even available. Just a pain in the ass.

4 ★The app works, as I have had two successful video visitation sessions with it. The backbone service is not the greatest though. During the last visitation, there were connection problems about three different times. During both visits, there was annoying echo on my end, where I hear myself talk (while using earbuds).

1 ★Needs Part 2. I installed this app and its fine. However, Part 2 states it's not compatable with my computer. Sigh!!!!

1 ★easy to use when it works, app haven't worked in over 2 weeks. Contacted support twice, which you can only do through email. It has been a week, no one got back with me haven't seen my loved on going on 3 weeks because the app crashes. Should also have a website that you can go to when the app is glitchy.

2 ★When i go to set up a visit it only lets me get so far then takes me back to the first step this is not a very good app they need to do alot of fixing ! .

1 ★Won't work! Can't figure out how to get the 2nd app to add on. When I clicked on visit..nothing happens.. a waste of $12 and want a damn refund!!!
