You can also cancel planned visits and update your account info.Please be aware that in order to fully utilize video visitation on your Android device, you will need to download the following two apps: 'GTL - Schedule Visits (1 of 2)' and 'GTL - Internet Visits (2 of 2)' from the Android App Store.
Ensure your device settings for the app allow permission for your camera and microphone.
