5 ★No app is really perfect, but compared to the former version, this new experience is so much better. Paying bills isn't necessarily my favorite thing to do, but it's far less painful now with an app that Just Works. Nice job, devs.

5 ★Easy to pay my bill and keep track of past payments and payments coming up

1 ★I would only give this a zero-star if possible but it won't let you do that. After the current update this app doesn't work you cannot login and if you attempt to do anything it freezes up I'll change my review if they decide to go back to the old app or fix the current one. Rolling out an app that isn't functional and doesn't work is highly unprofessional.

1 ★Horrible!! I never had trouble before paying my bill on the app. Now I can't even get into it since it changed!! It wants me to sign in, then reset my password, then sign in again, and then it's says the password is incorrect! I even tried the old password and it says it's incorrect!! Congratulations on making things less convenient for your customers! I'm sure you guys don't care, though because you're a monopoly!

1 ★Terrible. Can't ever log in. Freezes up. I visit the website on my PC and it does the same thing. Do these people want me to pay my bill or not? You think they would care if they got paid. Fix your app if you want me to pay my bill. Complete garbage.

1 ★Both the app and the desktop website will not allow me to log in no matter how many times I change my password. I'm starting to think this is a ploy to have everyone pay by phone so they can charge that extra fee every time. Fix your app, fix your website, since your customers have no choice with using your services.

2 ★New update is horrible, needs to change asap. Can't log in to make my payment I refuse to change my password a 3rd time. I don't know why my password wont work now.

1 ★Geez! This new update is terrible. Trying to pay my bill by credit card, but it's not letting me. Every time I click Credit Card, then to click Continue to Speedpay, it stops. Speedpay does not open. I had no problems with paying on this app, until NOW!!

1 ★Update has made this unusable, even after I reset my password, it still doesn't work, don't know what the hell you guys did, but this is a complete mess, I can't even use it anymore. Complete trash. Would give negative stars but it's not an option, and yes, I already tried to contact you guys, and it still doesn't work. Only can access on computer which makes having an app pointless.

Loading times are terrible, I have to close out and open again, and then once I finally got the app to open, it made me go to the browser so I could know that my username is now my email. So then I have to go back to the app and log out so i could log back in using my email. Instead of just. Ya know. Letting me do what I needed to do, and just log in next time with my email.
