2 ★I can't get contacts to add correctly anymore and finding the contact list is way too difficult. I also hate how many links to everything else Yahoo is scattered throughout the new app. If I wanted to read the news, I wouldn't go to my email for that. It needs to be simplified and back to being based on actual email.
2 ★I had trouble downloading a jpg file i sent myself from my computer at work to the yahoo mail app. But when i logged onto the mobile app thru chrome it downloaded fine. This doesn't make sense. The yahoo mail app said "cannot download". It was only when i logged in thru the mobile chrome browser that i finally was able to download the same file with no problem. Such a strange glitch.
3 ★I find this app frustrating. Emails I've received don't always show in my inbox so I can miss important messages and I have to search for them to find them. Recently I often tap on an email to read it and the app opens a completely different email instead. It makes it too unreliable to use as my email address for anything important and time consuming to read my emails.
1 ★Bad app. Doesnt even give you your latest, newest emails when the screen pops up. You have to scroll back because it opens on yesterdays ails or even older It doesn't intuitively open up on todays newest arrivals in the inbox. Its like Yahoo doesnt want to be an email provider anymore.
1 ★For some random reason sometimes when I go to open this app it doesn't want to open right and I have to go into my recent apps and clear them out to get it open right sometimes it won't open emails and I have to go in and close out my recent apps and then reopen this one and this app also has trouble sending reply emails to people usually they end up as a draft even though it should be able to send them.
3 ★Ok, second time posting a review. Why am I paying for a "Pro" subscription when I'm still seeing ads on my new phone? I've tried Uninstalling, nothing. Clear cache, nothing. I've tried checking settings, my subscription, everything 😨 What gives? I've never had an issue with Yahoo Mail, until now!!!!
5 ★I've had this address since the 90s (back when you could only have so many mails in the queue and I accessed it on clunky desktops). It's served me well over the years. Now an app on my phone it's great.

1 ★Horrible.. this app is not user friendly. My emails don't come through half of thr time. I have been using Yahoo since 2009 but this app is the worse thing to happen to Yahoo. Make it simple... don't fix what is not broken... we want INBOX, SENT, UNREAD, READ, SPAM...
1 ★Update: since it won't allow me to edit my previous review. I didn't think this app could get any worse. I was mistaken. Now I can't even read unread messages without it constantly kicking me out of the unread folder, and back into the inbox folder. This app is literally unusable.
1 ★Normally such a good app but now I am seriously contemplating using my Gmail as my preferred email address because of all the Pop-Up advertisements in my inbox and people should not have to pay to go ad free. Also it would be good if you would create a function where people can report or block emails so that we can stop getting all the scam emails.
1 ★If I could give this app a zero I would because now I can't even use it to check my email. It refuses to let me even see them. All I see is the spinning ball refusing to load. I expect better from a email service that has existed for nearly 30 years
