1 ★I have a brand new camera that I just took out of the box today. It says it uses this app however I cannot get it to connect to the app. Talk about junk!

5 ★Great app which allows me to see all of my cameras around my house from anywhere in the world. Easy to install and intuitive to use.

3 ★So I've downgraded this as the downloaded video files are in a proprietary format and therefore useless! Ok Franck, how do you convert to MP4 then??? Works great with the Anran camera! Installation was quick and after changing the default passwords on both the camera and the app it's all nice and secure. The users having issues might be because they have older os's on their phones as it just works perfectly for me and my wife on Android and iOS.

3 ★good app,ce main issue is that the camera picture of full screen and the camera move control is guesture on the screen, it's too sensitive so when you guesture to look at your Android notification or to press home button it will move the camera , so every time you want to close the app it will make the camera move and you will lose the position the camera i to looking at.

5 ★Day 1: connected to SV3C camera first time of asking (via router and Cat 5 cable). Followed manual and entered wi-fi details. Disconnected cable and app reconnected immediately. No perceivable lag or difference between hard wired and wireless connection. Seems to control all of the camera's functions. So far, so good!

1 ★Since update I keep losing connection to my SVC3 PTZ camera. I rebooted it several times and it still will not connect to this app!

3 ★Would like to see support for viewing a selected number of cameras instead o default 4. Say 2-8 or something... 2-4 even. Security isn't fantastic but does fair job tho some of the features could be a little more tuned.

2 ★While trying to view my alerts, it disconnects unexpectedly. Very unreliable!! It supposed to help me ease my mind about the security of my home while I'm away. Need to fix this problem ASAP.
