Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★The router i chose works great. When my oldest is on the 3rd floor the signal works but it is weak since it has to come through a basement and so on. I purchased the extender and it helps tremendously. The App itself is good. A few additional features would make it that much better. Letting you know your speeds, when it switches from one unit to another and the 5g could have a broader span. All in all they get the job done and keeps life moving.
5 ★I have to say, this was the easiest configuration I've ever done for a network device. Admittedly, the diagram showed four lights instead of the two on the device... but that's not the fault of this app, and really what lights do you need on an extender besides "Power" and "Connect". The ability to configure it from my phone at power-up, without carrying my laptop to the outlet and finding an unused CAT-5 laying around, is pretty awesome. Next time I need a router I'll look at TP-Link first :)
5 ★After using custom flashed firmwares forever now, I was surprised at the configurability of this router. The panel is laid out pretty well, though it does have a few quirks. I'll chalk them up to "growing pains" in having to familiarize myself with a new device's settings. I was going to leave off a star, because it didn't connect easily and I couldn't change certain settings until it was online. I was stuck in setup wizard mode, which is not the app's fault. Since I am rating the app it's rad!
5 ★Ease of setup, responsive equipment, and logically laid out menus for control. And dual band control is way easy. I enjoyed it and spent excess time exploring options, for the uninitiated, one might be intimidated. If you're new to home or small business networking, take it easy and use the defaults, and DO NOT FORGET TO SET SECURITY, USE THE RECOMMENDATIONS, THEY ARE MORE SECURE!
5 ★So far so good. New... Update- the app couldn't be easier to use, and it has features that enable you to check your connections anywhere, anytime you have internet connectivity. If you see someone or something on your network you can 'shut it down.' I haven't had experience with other apps of this type but this one is really simple and straightforward... I bought another router for a non-tech savvy family member who can work it no problem. Thus far I haven't seen any ads...
4 ★love it! pleasantly surprised, no hassle, easy setup, all is very clear, nice design 💙 hope in the future we'll be able to control our wifi so it doesn't cover unneeded areas (for health reasons). so far, glad I bought this one, let's hope it serves well! *** Would be great if we had more control over devices, for example, blocking a device for a set amount of time, turning Wi-Fi off or on remotely.
3 ★I looked for ways to rename devices on my Network, so I knew exactly what is what. I HATE that the ONLY way to do this is through the APP. It SHOULD have all the capabilities in the software/firmware. BUT NO.. I have to load some app on my secure phone. The Router is awesome! Great range, easy set-up! But NOT having ALL the functionality such as ability to RENAME devices through the local web interface and forcing us to install an app is just PLAIN STUPID!!!
5 ★Wow, just wow. So seemless and painless to connect to all my devices. I was confused trying to login manually to various repeaters via IP addresses and the like, then I installed this app (even though I was fairly certain it would confuse matters more). All of a sudden I could see every device, its model name, and an icon showing its physical appearance! Nothing could be simpler. If all apps were this easy we'd achieve world peace in a fortnight.
1 ★Used to work, but now it doesn't. I have a archer c7 v4... For a couple of years. The app did work, but now says "no device detected". I've tried both access points, rebooted the router, phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but no go. I can connect to setup via ip so all is not lost, but I no longer have use of the app. It's been a while since I attempted to use the app, I wonder when an update futzed it up?
2 ★Poor. It drops its connection to my TP-Links constantly. I have two TP-Link extenders. Using this app is like playing a slot machine because I never know if I will see one or two or zero devices connected. It drops its connection to my two TP-link devices while I'm using it. They might show up, maybe, maybe not, but if they do it will soon disconnect and say there are no devices. Right in front of me. Meanwhile I have not moved or done anything to lose the signal.
1 ★This app drives me nuts. When it does work, it's mildly annoying at worst. However, every couple of days, it will start to log me out, turning off my WiFi with it. I have 2 things connected to my extender, thus I shouldn't be having so many issues. The connection to the main WiFi is perfectly fine, so it's definitely the extender/app. I'll wake up at 2am and have no internet, and have to restart it twice before it starts to work even a little.
1 ★I really wanted to like this app. But so many features just do not work. Clients list never shows any connected clients - even when there are dozens in reality, the list is always empty. Also I've set the name of my routers several times and they keep resetting back to "Archer_C7". Very frustrating when we have several different routers, and they all have the same name. You have to log in to each, one by one, and tell which is which by the Wifi name. Very disappointing.
