How to install DS cam APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download DS cam APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

4 ★Takes forever to load on my Note 9...I keep getting unable to connect 3 or 4 times before it finally connects A connection can take up to a minute or more before it connects...very frustrating after buying 10 licences.
5 ★Long time Synology user and have always felt their products to be first rate. Love this app, the ability to see my whole home in one view, and the smart timeline features which make reviewing recordings easy.

4 ★Good job on the dark theme. I see intercom controls available in the app but no door controller (Axis A1001) events or access buttons for my gate camera like in the desktop app.
2 ★The functionality is the only reason it gets two stars. Works wonderfully... couple bugs but nothing I would be worried about... other than the app being the single biggest draw on my battery. To the point I had to uninstall. I can not, and will not run from charger to charger. All the functionality in the world is no use if your device can't turn on.
1 ★Edit: dropped two stars as it keeps locking up my Pixel 3 phone! Have to reboot after using the app. Much improved over previous versions, however the latest version 3.1.1-467 has introduced a bug, whereby if you are in multicam mode and select a specific date and time to jump to either using the dot and backarrow button or the search bar, it logs you out. Single camera seems to work fine. Unfortunately they still have not sorted out the occasional freeze up where the phone has to be rebooted. (Pixel 3)
1 ★The latest version doesn't remember the port specified in the login window. VERY annoying as I have to edit it manually every single time when I open the app. And this gives me an SSL error, because I have something else running on port 443. I'm using a different port than the srandard port because port 443 is being used by something else. I only have one ip address online and the synology nas is behind a NAT. Besides everything was working perfectly before the latest release. You guys broke it.
3 ★I have been using DS Cam I think long enough now to leave a review. What makes it 3 stars is the lack of insight on how the app works and functions. A lot of issues I have had I had to figure out or search for answers on Google. Also one of the largest ones is when you try to view 6 cameras in one view the app crashes and restarts, or logs out and logs back in. Can't determine the exact cause. 2 or 4 works without an issue. Otherwise the app works great, learning as I went along.

1 ★Annoying bugs. When reviewing recorded clips it will freeze at the beginning or end of the clip. Usually it recovers but after the 3rd time the app UI stops responding. You can still see the video playing in the background but cannot do anything but force close the app. When opening again I am prompted for my 2FA code. Once inside the cycle begins again. What really sucks is the 2FA Synology provides on their NAS is barely functional. It's common for the code not to be correctly synced with NTP
2 ★Geofencing doesn't work well. I have to use api calls to reliably turn on/off home mode (using automagic). Notifications do not always include a picture. Slow to open up (as all synology apps). When an event occurs it takes you at the time of the notification, AFTER the actual motion! This is really the most stupid thing ever.
