How to install MIPC APK on Android phone or tablet?

4 ★Have used camera on this app for the past 6 years. Recently an update was done and now the "Talk-back" feature does not work. The icon turns blue but nothing broadcasts. This is occurring on Samsung S10, S20 and S21.
4 ★Love the new interface however could you please consider putting back the "all" button feature. Which includes all pictures and all videos regardless of video length. Also, I agree with other users the cameras appear to be less sensitive to motion under the new update.
1 ★I'm using a Galaxy s8 plus. The new update 8.3.3 is full of errors. Cameras constantly disconnect, SD card recordings get corrupted by other recordings from previous days/times, the cameras sometimes glitch and the recordings have no TimeStamp. Please look into this. Thank you.

5 ★Purchased another OMMC camera because the software works on both windows and android. I found out that problem was a bad speaker in my first purchased PTZ Camera. Problem is not MIPC software. I need to try to get the camera with the bad speaker replaced. MIPC software is install and lets you set upon multiple camera. No need to run blue stacks or other emulation software. My apologies to MIPC for erroneously posting that the problem was in their software. Clearly a defective speaker.
3 ★I like the app, but now when I look at the recorded segments it only has the fact that there was motion but it doesn't show WHEN in that half hour the motion was. Kind of useless. Ever since it upgraded. Bring back the red dash.
