2 ★Always has issues loading the livestream. Says "loading" for 30 secs - 1 minute, says network error, and as soon as I hit retry it loads. Frustrating to have such a delay. I have good phone service and wifi, so it's not that.
4 ★Works well and easy to use. Would appreciate being able to connect people through the pc app without using the phone app; as it stands, sharing the camera to another account requires the other account to download the phone app to accept the invite. Annoying, but not a deal breaker.
1 ★Use to like it but now does not save videos to my phone! In app save! Now time to find a better camera if this isnt fixed! I am now in process of switching to different company. Thanks for messing this up!
4 ★It's God overall. I have small problem that it displays "Loading" for a long time and then some error about connecting to the network, code 3003. But if I close the app without waiting for the error and then open it up again it connects without any waiting or errors.
3 ★My Yi Home camera didn't work at first, do I redownloaded the Yi app, and that did the trick. It's mostly fine now, but I do get quite a few blips when it won't work properly-hence the 3 stars.
1 ★SCAM! DO NOT BUY! Was barely ok, but now you can't see your saved photos videos anymore. They are still on your phone's internal storage in a hidden system folder. They're scamming people to pay for an $80 cloud service!!! CON Artists! App is super invasive. Has full 100% access to all your content, details, everything! on your phone is now theirs too! You can play video back from the past, but can't search for movement or speed it up which would help to find a 3 sec event in 15 min.
3 ★It is good, but I would like to be able to have the sound stay on in the background. In fact I have issues with the sound turning off when I go to a different app and then come back the sound is still off. I would also like to be able to turn off the camera from a shared phone.
5 ★I hooked four cameras up today for my mother and I. I love the fact if I leave home I can still watch everything from home right on my phone, with peace of mind knowing my mother is ok. I love this app and cameras. Very recommended 💯🔥🤘🤘
5 ★[Edit: bug fixed in latest update] I need to ask: what is with the new orange border around videos when fullscreen on both of my android tablets? this has to be a bug because it wasn't like this before a recent update.
4 ★great. only wish I could scroll and watch fast forwarding, ad I have to watch for a long time to look for things when I need to refer to video.
2 ★Cameras difficult to connect. Once they do connect they won't stay connected. I've reset them 20 times at least and they still disconnect. Waist of money.
4 ★Love the camara. Only complaint is the speaker sound is sometimes hard to understood. Great for peace of mind when you are away from your pets.
