Description
The GL Communications Automated NetTest provides both automated and manual data/voice testing using the mobile device network connection (3G, 4G, WiFi supported). Available tests include TCP, UDP (capacity), VoIP, HTTP (web lookup), FTP, DNS, SMS, and Voice Recording during call. This app is used in conjunction with GL's VQuad software/hardware for testing quality of voice and data service using a mobile device. The VQuad, along with the required MDC (Mobile Device Controller), remotely and automatically request a user-specified data/voice test to be performed on a mobile device (based on UUID). Status/progress along with the test results are transferred to the VQuad and GL WebViewer central database.
