1 ★Every time I try to checkout online, the transaction fails and my bank account gets a pending charge! Then, I have to call the bank to ensure I don't lose money for an order I won't be receiving! This is unacceptable in 2025. GameStop needs to drastically improve their online shopping experience, or they will continue to die out. The only reason I still shop at GameStop, is because I live near one.

5 ★I have been a GameStop customer since 2004 and I have really enjoyed shopping at the store and have bought 2 Nintendo 3DS handheld game consoles one for me and the other for a family member and I spent over $500 on the handheld and games and I am going to be planning to get my Nintendo Switch 2 but I would like to see a Military fallen heroes Memorial Edition Console and controller and games

1 ★my figure that came with my preorder was damaged in the warehouse. the shipping box was perfect but the box for the actual game was damaged and my figure in the box was damaged. I can not get through to any customer service and this costed me over 120 dollars.

1 ★Website/App doesn't sync Pro Membership or orders with what happens in the store. Same email, phone number, address and even MEMBERSHIP NUMBER, but they expect you to purchase two Pro memberships. Support is useless.

1 ★they have the absolutely no customer service. made a purchase through this stupid app, they charge me my $70 for my game, got no confirmation email, no receipt, nothing. I have called and emailed them a total of 40 times with no response at all. been told by employees they use a script for their answer. I call as soon as they open and then get told to get a call back. when they calle they say they can't connect me with someone at all and to leave a email or voicemail. benn trying since Saturday.

1 ★as of March 21, 2025, I cant view my orders anymore. any attempt to just makes my screen flash black and white. even if I set it aside and only see it out of the corner of my eye, I get a migraine within a couple minutes. it's incredibly dangerous and needs to be fixed immediately.
