1 ★Horrible. 5 times Ive had to cancel my order because they never showed up. No call. Nothing. Today I ordered at 1230. ETA was 125pm. Then 145. Then 225. Then 300. Finally it was 345 and finally they said theyre really busy. It took over an hour for customer service to respond but you cant even call them. They also have 0 qualms in delivering you stone cold food. In this case I called the restaraunt and they said it sat waiting forever before they picked it up. Ubers bad. Favor is way worse. 🤭
3 ★Great app, but the added 9-11% service fee, in addition to the 5-15% delivery fee are just ridiculous corporate greed. They *force* you to pay them 2 fees while only *recommending* a tip for the driver. What could possibly justify taking so much and also hurting their own driver's tips simultaneously? Greed is the only answer I'm sure many people tip less to the (hardworking) driver at the bottom because they see these huge fees added by the (greedy & lazy) corporate elites at the top.
5 ★out of all the apps for delivering food... Favor is the number one app I can count on. no mistakes at all.. and never had a problem with them. I do wish they delivered 24/7 that be awesome. other then that... the best
1 ★I'm giving all of you one star. The favor app shouldn't try to charge for $27 for a $4.75 order. Especially when I have $22 in favor credit I'm trying to use. So far this app is a real dissapointment. Customer service is a joke. They give you generic answers straight from a script.
1 ★I ordered for the first time and as it was easy to order and pay i have waited over a hr and was still told that it would be another hour before i got my food. That is unacceptable. Never again.
2 ★Use this app last year it was great. Tried to use it today in a pinch and can't recall which email I used. None of my emails work and if I try to login w facebook it tells me error my number is already registered. But I can't login with my emails and if I try forgot password, the emails are not registered so it doesn't work.
4 ★Great service, fastest delivery by far, BUT THE FEES ON TOP OF A TIP! I don't order often enough to pay the subscription price so the fees deter me from ordering.
5 ★I love the convenience of this app. I get to have my food delivered to work, and the delivery is not over priced like some apps I've tried 👀👀👀....
1 ★over priced for the food. and some of the restaurants charge extra to go fee's. not very transparent. the total is not giving until after the food is delivered. an order for one person has yet to be less than a 20 dollar up charge in fees. This is not include the delivery fee and suggested tip.
3 ★So-so. I like that it's got a lot of local places but charges are extremely unpredictable. I'll frequently see fees 20% higher than the in app estimate and the overall experience is pretty half-assed. I'd recommend for emergencies only.
4 ★It's a great app with lots of restaurants for you to choose from, but the menus are not up-to-date or vary on usage between restaurants. If they could have the menus tied to the restaurants like other apps may have them this would be a much better app.
1 ★The app works fine. Favor delivery service is worthless. Why try and order Favor when they can't deliver in the first place? It's always canceled runners and increased wait times. I did myself a favor and deleted their services and this app. Gotta go... Grub Hub is delivering my food right now.
