2 ★Keeps closing everytime i click on the app it force closes and logs me out. I then have to keep entering my email and password. It's been happening for a few weeks now.

3 ★I have recently stopped using their bath products, switching to something free from the sulfates and parabens, but the candles I can't get away from! The high intensity fragrance can't be beat!

1 ★Irritating App. The App keeps removing my local store for On Line pick up, So am not able to pick that option for in store pick up. I have to keep unstalling and installing for it to show up in the App and yes my location is on.

1 ★It has never worked for me and it's really frustrating. When I go to the store and they ask about the rewards program, I'm annoyed that I've never been able to use the app the way it's meant to be used. Love the store, hate the app.

1 ★I'm pretty disappointed when I first download the app when I first tried to sign up they said they would send me an email to verify me to have an account but they never sent me an e-mail I will update once they send me an email about my experience

4 ★I like Bath & Body Works a lot . I like all the new fragrances, but I'm not really a fan of the shipping. It takes forever to arrive to my house. When I'm shopping in the store the customer service is too much for me. I have four associates ask me if I need any help. One is enough for me.
