1 ★I am soo mad at ABC ya. I played this game in the 3 grade for free, and now you have to pay. 😑😐😶☹🙁😡😾. It was fine before we had to pay. This is why I give it one star. I loved the games on this app and online but this is just low.
4 ★I just purchased this App last night and subscribed but when my kids starts playing it is so slow. I like the app because it is so educational but we have to wait for 2-3 minutes to load because how slow it is. Waste of time. It is not worth the money if this will happen everytime my kids use this app. I hope they have to find a way to fix it. UPDATE MY REVIEW!! Hello, I found out that using this game works better in their website without running slow than playing in the app. GO TO THE WEBSITE
1 ★I paid for a premium subscription 4 days ago. It took the money from my account.The game won't allow me to log into saying thatmy email address is not linked to a subscription yet my email address is the same one on Google play store and it shows me that there's a subscription on it and it did take it out of my account I did bring this up with their contacts team via email. I still have not gotten a response I still can't login.
1 ★It's a genuine problem the app will hang with spinning wheel as many had reported. The solution provided by ABCya is to forcibly restart the tablet. That solution will work for only sometime before you are back to square one. It appears the app consumes lot of memory/RAM. It didn't work on mine with 16GB. Unless you have a better RAM option you may want to give a deep thought about it. Bottom line: Won't work on Kids tablet
1 ★Downloaded, installed, and subscribed through the play store but the app doesn't recognize the subscription. Wound up having to cancel the subscription (which I'm still billed for the month) and subscribe through the website. Only $4.99, but a charge for nothing none-the-less.

2 ★This is a very good learning app for kids. I subscribed this through Google play store and kid using it for more than a month. But today, when I kid try to play anything from abcya, it asks for login and password. don't know why and how to get rid of this. Please help.
1 ★My kids enjoy abcya, but BEWARE!!! I decided to purchase the membership through the GooglePlay app rather than through the PC website, and it is NOT transferable! My kids can only play paid for games on my Android, and my membership and login is not recognized on the PC or through the non-android abcya app on our Fire tablet. Cancelling my subscription.
1 ★I have a paid subscription, and primarily use application on my smartphone. I try logging in on my kids' tablet to no avail. I've emailed the company several times, no answer. Horrible customer service.
1 ★I hate ABC ya because you have to pay. And its not even that educacional. My daughter was so dissapointed at this game. And it sometimes glitches!!!!!! I do not recommend this app unless u want to waste your money.
