4 ★UPDATE 11/2020 Still happening crashes constantly & does not stay connected to the VPN. Disappointing. 9/2020: I am disappointed. The App keeps crashing and I have had to reinstall several times. What's going on? Help Early 2020 This app is great, I have received many payouts. It runs in the background and is not disruptive. Easy way to make a few bucks!! Thanks Smart Panel. 2018: Works good, have been paid out 2x so far $20 or more. Good response time when asking questions.
2 ★I keep getting emails about this device is not completely installed. I've been trying to install this app for my phone. 🤨 When I 1st. Signed up for this 6 mos. When I got My New laptop in April I believe? Still nothing from you for compensation for any device. I Kno I have been in this survey since June or July. Every month I have to reinstall the app for things I have no idea what? It wouldn't be a big deal but I don't think it is possible to earn money every month.
5 ★Smart App is an Awesome APP! just at start up I had many questions just making sure all is installed correctly and that i was getting the full amount of rewards that i am able to earn. Each time I have contacted Support for answers, always received a quick reply and assured me that all is correct and installed/ Active! this has not slowed my computer or phone. 1 ★I've got all my phone's connected but I can't get my computer to connect. Get a response, "Couldn't download - Virus scan failed."
5 ★I am having fun with this. I just let them collect my data and they pay me $5 a month. Comes in very handy some days to have that extra 5 to trade in for Amazon.
4 ★Wow. I just read a lot of bad reviews! I installed it this week on 3 devices. No problem. I will update review in a month whether it works. If it does, awesome! You get $100 a year so you can buy yourself/ family awesome gift every year. Edit: i have the app installed on phone and computer for almost a month now and both devices have been shutting down multiple times daily since. There were no problems before installing the app. Edit: I made $10 first month so awesome
1 ★I have had this app for long time and sometimes I have a hard time getting paid when I'm supposed to and when I take a survey they don't want to pay. I just took a survey they said was worth $20 I got my $5 monthly reward but not the $20 and I'm getting all kinds of trouble just trying to get paid for that survey. Also now they're not letting me log in after I had to reset my phone ... 🙄
2 ★I've had this app installed since jan17 of this year and I've never been able to cash out via PayPal or Amazon EVER! I've emailed them and have got a response with instructions to help make sure my app was updated and I was doingbit right but still nothing. I thought maybe it was my phone. I have $80 I would like to Redeem since it is my $! Other than that I've gotten other rewards for Amazon for short surveys and I like the app. If I could cash out this one time I would Rate 5⭐ until then its 2
2 ★One thing I really hate about using this app is that it greatly interferes with my internet usage. I can't even load web pages because I get error messages. I know it's because of the VPN because I used to be able to turn it off temporarily while I'm using the internet but now, ever since I upgraded my phone software, I can't even do that. I need the internet so if this isn't fixed, I'm afraid I'll have to remove the app.
2 ★Having issues with chrome and it keeps disconnecting me from wifi. Set up a brand new phone. didnt have issues until i reinstalled smartapp. Uninstalling.
5 ★Love it ! No issues. Always able to communicate via email. Only complaint is I have not figured out the survey part.
1 ★I used to love this app, but it dropped the VPN, and now I can't even use it. I click the link for the VPN and it still doesn't work. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I've contacted support several times regarding this and they are no help whatsoever. It's a complete waste at this point. EDIT: yeah, I'm done with this app.
