2 ★I can't even sign up. It has for me to login but I don't even have an account. If this issue get fixed and I can at least try the app, then I may change my rating.

1 ★Ive had this app installed and running for over a month now and haven't earned anything. When i got the invitation it said i would get 10.00 for the 1st month plus 5.00 every month just for letting it use 3mb of my limited data. Also said you can do surveys after the 1st month and have seen nothing. So close to reporting this app as spam and inappropriate
3 ★Been doing this for a couple years, making money, but for 4 days now the one on my tablet stopped working and no matter what I do, clearing cache, reinstalling, I just can't get back in. I keep getting a warning when I try to sign in, saying "suspicious activity detected, try signing in from a different network". I have no idea what to do now.
1 ★I'm so frustrated with this app and so mad. I had already made a review an apparently it didn't go through so I'm doing it again. I went to go redeem my rewards for the first time with $35.00 and I was planning on buying something on Amazon for Halloween and decided to use my balance on Smart Panel so I went to redeem and got a message saying "An error has occurred" Afterwards I sent an email and then was sent an email saying "Hey Smart Panelists, Unfortunately your ineligible t redeem rewards because technological changes in your device we're against our Terms of Service" I'm so MAD right now. I trusted this app for about 5 months and now I'm not gonna have the Halloween I wanted. Don't trust this app because your gonna get scammed for your data in the long run. If anything and you guys are really giving money to your users then I deserve compensation but if not then all I can say is not download this This gots to be one of the worst scams ive ever been through. ☹️ Edit: When you guys get a reply on the Play Store they block your emails that is some company. I still best recommend you guys to uninstall the app your data is getting stolen with no incentive.
4 ★Had an easy install process, easy updates, and easy to run, but it's also too easy to get disconnected causing you to have to reconnect it way too often. Once you get that aspect fixed properly, this program will be a breeze to run. I've been collecting $$ since one week after installation. Thanks, y'all.
3 ★VpN keeps disconnecting , therefore not earning any money while disconnected. Instructions for reconnecting VPN are not very good. It's great when it is working, I have earned $60+ in the 5 months I have been using it, just for having it installed. I just recently got a tablet and when I added that is when I started having problems with the VPN disconnection. Fixed it once, now I have to try to remember how I fixed it before because the instructions are for the birds! Fix it & i will give 5☆s
3 ★very upset I have had this app installed for months wondering why I'm not getting any money. now I see that my daughters phone got lost it was never connected. I wish there was a way to remove it. I do not have another to replace it. so it seems I have been syncing for free for almost 5 or 6 months maybe even longer. I tried to install and reinstall but it's still the same. please help before I just uninstall and forget about this app. I thank you and now it has been removed.
1 ★i had nothing but a terrible experience with this app. I had it on my laptop and phone and it would interfere with my internet connection leading to a proxy server or address error. This happened regularly and greatly interfered with my every day use. unistalling and reinstalling did not help.
3 ★the old app worked better this one will not install on some of my devices and I keep getting emails telling me i need to install it. it kicks me off the internet and I have to restart my internet conection frequentlenty when shopping or browsing i have to keep shutting off the smart app to use the shopping apps or browser liked the old app better. but will keep trying hope this gets fixed.as of June 2 it is updated but is all manual updates and restarts online daily. and 5 min browse time.
1 ★It slows computer way down. Switches connection to proxy server automatically which shuts down connections to websites and I have to manually turn off the proxy every five minutes. Tried to remove plugin from chrome and it reinstalls. Also can't get it to uninstall from PC. Suggest nobody downloading this as months of synced data seems to be simply for their use. It has a way to usurp security measures too because I can't get it to stop installing on Chrome despite best efforts to block.
1 ★Downloaded and got the first $5 then when my waiting period was up to claim the $5 the VPN says not connected and will not allow me to get the $5 because it will not connect. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and message support and still have no idea how to restart or get the $5. Staying stuck on capache to verify that I am a human. bugs not fixed
