How to get started
1. Download the "Smart Tutor" from Google play store and install on our Android device.
* From Galaxy S5, please download Smart Tutor via the Galaxy Essential widget
(this features may differ by region or nations.)
2. Make a phone call to the SAMSUNG Contact center. After agreeing "Terms and Conditions",
the phone number of contact center will be displayed.(Because it is depending on country)
3. Enter the 6 digits connection code given by a tech expert.
4. Once connected, a tech expert will diagnose your mobile.
5. If you want to terminate "Smart Tutor", please tap "Disconnect" menu.

5 ★The app works fine. People who work for Samsung today had me install some master cleaner program to "fix" my phone not allowing you to check for a system update while on a phone call. Further, my issue was actually that their software updates now take over the entire screen and tell you that in order to continue using the phone, you have to install now or later for updates. Their fix? It's their policy to force users to update. That or drive 45min-1hr to Samsung store to have them block notif.

4 ★Yet to put down review . Installing. But i had 2 or 3 samsung galaxies use this app when all of them failed to function. The first one was J5 2016. Perhaps, this app came about awhile later after this galaxy J5 version. So, when this mobile J5 acted out, i called the Samsung Customer Care line (something like that) i found somewhere from the phone. I was instructed to install this app. Then for 1st time ever, i experienced online functionality etc of internet universe and reality. Superb.

1 ★Not able to download the app from half an hour it just shows pending it should have been downloaded in seconds after pressing instal

1 ★From the very first the app asks to get access to your photos, files and media. So to troubleshoot your device they need only device information, but they are using that tou usually don't read agreements and just click "agree". Samsung should be more respectful about your personal information. Couldn't use Samsung support because of this app wants access to all your data.

5 ★Worked as advertised, alowed Samsung to remotely access my S3 Tablet and correct the problem. I didn't uninstall for seversl months cuz, I had forgot what It was. Strongly recommend uninstalling this program agter initial use, it can always be downloaded again "If" needed, left installed it takes up a lot of unnecessary space and, it is yet another way for ppl to gain access to your device (I`m not saying they can with Smart Tutor just, why take the risk) and gain access to you personal info.

5 ★Boy, did this come in handy today. I had scoured documentation, blogs, videos, to figure out an issue with my Edge Panel on the new Samsung Galaxy 10+.. Using smart tutor, a 20-minutes phone call, finally realized I had uncovered a glitch. The tech finally landed on the right solution, which was not documented. Sol, here is my tip. If you enable Easy Mode for the display on the Samsung Galaxy S10+, it may completely hide the Edge Screen panel. I thought I had tried switching back and forth, between Easy and Standard mode. But, watching the tech do that remotely, we finally saw the edge bar. Use Standard Mode. or, we could just blame Mercury in Retrograde.

1 ★one day i was having a problem with my phone and didnt know how to fix it so i tried to use the samsung smart tutor and nothing worked. the first time i had a problem with the photos on my phone i contacted smart tutor and they actually helped with the issue i was having. i dont think i had to do anything. all they did was fix the problem and told me that if i ever needed help again to just open the app. everytime i open the app all i get is an automated voice giving me options but no help

5 ★I have been an iPhone user & I am still getting acquainted with Samsung. Everyday is a learning experience, often with guidance from other Samsung users. Nevertheless, I am delighted with my progress & congratulate you for the excellent picture quality. I experience this with my TV at home & I am truly delighted to have chosen Samsung. 2 ★Just a heads up: if you allow them remote access, then they install about 30 small files to your phone, including a keylogger, screencap, and mic recorder.

1 ★Absolutely ridiculous. Utter waste of time. Tech support has no idea what they are doing and allowing them remote access served no purpose whatsoever. She said I need to take it to a Samsung store so they can view the device to fix the issue, why did she need to view my device if she can't fix the issue? Remote access should be as good as having the device in hand . Waste of time & the tech was rude. I have the entire conversation recorded so others can be warned before dealing with this joke

5 ★My phone is alive! It does things without my fingers!!! Seriously. I needed help to discover why my applications will not work offline since the latest update. I could see the tech making selections on screen like remote assist for the computer. Problem remains unsolved. I ate a sandwich. It was fun, but I recommend limited exposure. Loss of one's control leads to sense of worthlessness and bloating.

1 ★Was given three different numbers for support. In plain english...given the run around! Every single rep (of the 6) I spoke to, told me to call the exact same number previously called. In each case, once the app was downloaded, it would never connect...Five thumbs down. Worthless. Wouldn't even give it one star, if I didn't have to.
