Elisa Ring viestintäsovelluksella voit helposti hallita mm. puheluitasi, muuttaa tilatietoasi tai näyttämääsi puhelinnumeroa sekä käyttää yhteystietoja puhelimesi tai Ring -palvelun osoitekirjasta. Käyttöä varten organisaatiolla tulee olla tilattuna Elisa Ring -palvelu ja käyttäjällä Elisa Ring liittymä.Dual-SIM puhelimissa, tulee sovelluksen käyttöönottovaiheessa ottaa ei-ELISA SIM-kortti kokonaan pois päältä. Tällä varmistetaan autentikoinnin onnistuminen. Kun ohjelmiston autentikointi on suoritettu, voi toisen SIM-kortin ottaa taas käyttöön.
Huom! Jos olet ottamassa sovellusta käyttöön VoLTE (WiFi) yhteyden olessa käytössä, tulee sinun ensin siirtyä 4G/3G-yhteydelle. Kun käyttöönotto on tehty, voit palata takaisin VoLTE (WiFi) yhteydelle.
