1 ★Unnecessary difficulties. Mini Games are fun but you get them every so often. You have to play the levels to get stars. You'll use starts on stupid tasks such as “call this person”. It's just hardcore candy crush. I'm on level 118. I have no boosters or money and I have to complete a level in order to progress. The difficulty for 118 is not rated but it's impossible. I don't have nearly enough moves. It's so dumb how I have to get doughnuts to drop so the other ones can come. Not that fun tbh.
5 ★Good game! 11/30/2020- Have been playing for 3 months now,& the game just keeps getting better. Frustrating at times, but that's the idea...it wouldn't be worth playing if there were no challenges. Have just passed level 500. I think this is the longest I've ever played a mobile game!!! 5/27/21 Still playing & enjoying it completely. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
3 ★A match-3, renovation, and story, all in one. Great at first but you get far less turns to complete the hard levels, it takes more stars (wins) to complete tasks and, therefore, you have to wait for more lives to continue playing. Either, spend a lot of money on this game to win or have everlasting patience. (Levels in the 600s start the frustration, now in high 900s and not sure I'll continue playing much longer..) And you never have time to complete the seasons, practically impossible.
3 ★I started playing Homescapes 2 years ago. I really enjoy the gameplay, but getting to the higher levels comes with lots of frustration. I love a good challenge, but being stuck on the same super hard level for days on end (5 days currently) takes the fun out of it. I have been buying the season tickets, but am losing out on the rewards because I can't progress. At this point I am done spending money on the game unless the developers re think the difficulty and make playing fun again.
1 ★The game is still not working or opening tasks icon for more than 2 months and dark theme is on the game screen , I don't know why! Also when I press the button of tasks it gives me a message that the game is still updated to78% and can't open new area or get to the tasks list or to the free lives. It makes me bored of the game and not yet fixed .
4 ★I love this game and gardenscapes and I'd give them both 5 stars if it weren't so dangerous for people who struggle with impulse control and spending. Of course it's true that every level can be beat for free, but that's purely based on your RNG luck especially when you hit 1k levels. I'd still recommend this game to people with light warnings. Art, coding, story, etc is all good fun and I hope all these microtransactions reach them fairly. The devs definitely deserve it more than anyone else.
5 ★Love this fun and cute game. Graphics are really really good and the game interaction is great. Fun Fun Fun for the whole family. Is an absolute pleasure playing. Relaxes me from a very long and stressful day. MUST HAVE GAME, FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. IS VERY VERY ADDICTIVE. Can't wait to see what new and exciting events are forthcoming. Awesome.
2 ★I have played this game since a while now. At first it was going great and I really loved it. Now I'm at level 2569, have even spent money to get here. All the things which we replace or remake in the house has stopped for some reason. My game is updated but can't figure out what's the problem. Whenever I order something my stars are cut but the thing and characters don't move at all. This really sucks.
1 ★While the game is fun and challenging, it gets to a point where it is almost impossible to clear a level without huge paid boosters. The final straw with me are the alarm clocks. Totally left to chance to destroy them and even worse the planes won't target them. I spent a few dollars on the game but no more. Avoid getting sucked into this money trap.
2 ★I got the point I can't pass a level without spending real money 😒It's so slow, you buy a tv then have to play several games to just unpack it!? And it's not the puzzles they advertise, I only got to play 3 of those, it's mostly a stupid match game with 20 moves to get 80 pieces that aren't even 10 on the board. Boosters only collect 3 at a time, it's just so obvious they set you up to fail.
5 ★This is actually a pretty fun game. You don't get bombarded with ads at all and even though some of the puzzles will take you through multiple rounds of lives, I've never been forced to make in-game purchases just to complete a level. It just takes a bit of patience. It's really well made. You just complete little puzzles in order to earn stars which allow you to complete tasks in a seemingly endless mansion. Cute characters. Very enjoyable. A rather pleasant experience for mobile game!
2 ★I had a great time with this game until I realized if you fail a level you get nothing. No coins no progress no help for the effort. I have been stuck on the same level for 4 days and still can't pass, if you could receive some coins or something for the attempt even if you fail it would be more enjoyable. If I can't pass this level after trying hard after a few more days I'm deleting and not looking back. Hey devs, stop with the cookie cutter responses and make it playable and fun.
