How to install TP Billing Plugin APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download TP Billing Plugin APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

3 ★Like the app however I upgraded 2 separate times weeks apart to the premium in an attempt to get the other emojis but it won't work. Still not working and haven't gotten feedback either.

5 ★TouchPal billing is so kool, everybody needs a TouchPal Keyboard billing plug in.. What would us TouchPal users possibly do without it! *No really I have no idea what this App does really, but I think* it keeps your information for your billing within the App itself, also protects the information that is sensitive for payment password info not in chronological order since it has access to your entire Google account/Facebook Account, SD card, SIM card etc! Just my opinion why I trust this App! 👍👍👍✌

2 ★I have used nothing but this keyboard app forever. I have gone from love to hate! The glitches, the delays, are horrible! It takes 7 seconds to pull up my keyboard just to send a text! I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have factory reset my phone, I have tried everything!
