Puffin Web Browser is a wicked fast mobile browser. Once users experience the thrilling speed of Puffin, regular Mobile Internet feels like torture. Puffin Web Browser includes Adobe-Flash-Over-Cloud 24/7 now without additional in-app-purchase.

🚀 Wicked Fast: Puffin speeds up mobile browsing by shifting the workload from the resource-limited devices to the cloud servers, and resource-demanding webpages can run super-fast on your phones or tablets.

🔒 Cloud Protection: All traffic from Puffin app to Puffin server are encrypted, a protection from nearby hackers. It’s safe to use public non-secure WiFi through Puffin, but not safe at all for most browsers.

🎥 The Latest Flash: We keep improving our cloud servers, and provide the latest version of the Flash player over the cloud.

💰 Save your bandwidth: Puffin uses proprietary compression algorithm to transmit web data to your device, and it can save up to 90% of your bandwidth on regular web browsing. (Please be noted that streaming Flash content or videos requires more bandwidth than the normal usage.)

☆ Incredible page load and rendering speed
☆ Adobe Flash support over cloud during the daytime (also works on Android 4.4+)
☆ Download to cloud (up to 1G per file)
☆ Theater mode for Flash videos and games
☆ Virtual trackpad and gamepad
☆ Color theme for toolbar and sidebar
☆ Fastest JavaScript engine
☆ Full web experience (desktop and mobile view)
☆ Incognito tab: Auto-clean your browsing activities in the app

===== Limitations =====
* The data centers of Puffin Web Browser are in the US and the cloud servers can only access public web sites from US geolocations.
* For users outside the US, local contents, especially videos of local interest, may not be accessible from the US due to geo-restrictions in their home countries.
* Puffin is blocked in some countries (e.g., China, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates) and by some schools (e.g., in United States).

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★app update now demands location services and tracking for ads be turned on before you can access the browser. this is clearly a cash grab to force users to purchase the paid version of the app. this is obvious by the copy and paste response the developer is using to respond to all the one star reviews after the most recent update. Will no longer be using this app and uninstalling from my phone.
1 ★Tryed to used the app and was unable to get an internet connection. Updated the app...still NO connection. There is NOTHING WRONG with my wifi connection. Chrome works fine. Puffin WAS the best...now it's the WORST! Update 6-8-19...I updated the app...and now they are REQUIRING me to turn my GPS "on" "to improve search results and maps accuracy." Yeah...right..go take a flying leap! Admit it...you are a bunch of data mining freaks!
1 ★this was a good app before the mandatory allowance of location information. the fact that im required to offer my private information to merely use the app doesn't sit well with me. i would rather delete this app rather than comply with the intrusive setting. will be waiting a few more days to see if anything changes - if not then goodbye.
1 ★This app does not need or should have access to my location. I don't want ads or information to be customized based on my location. I want ads to be as least relevant as possible. Puffin only uses this information to make money. A much better browser is duckduckgo because it tracks significantly less than other browsers.
1 ★Adios! This was once a great app. Now it DEMANDS Location access & "phone home" permission to work at all! Can anyone spell INVASIVE? UPDATE: There's a silver lining to the shenanigans pulled by Puffin's developers; motivation to try a different browser. Kiwi Browser is fast & light, without the constant, "reconnecting" issues experienced with Puffin! It turns out that the primary attraction to Puffin was the availability of a Print command, which one can certainly live without.
1 ★Why is the latest update as of 04/25/19 FORCING location services? I don't need any or such accuracy for what I use the app for and do NOT like being forced to give this info. I already get more spam emails since using the app to check my an email account. Stop this! Nobody should be FORCED to give access to your or any app to their location unless they want to give it!
1 ★response to dev: there are many reasons to pay for nice features in an app. protecting my privacy should not be one of them. you should by default allow me to control my location settings. the entire premise of newer android is built around that. shame on you for exploiting my privacy then asking me to pay to restore it. not even google maps stops workig for denying location access. puffin does not load. as a matter of fact even if you fix this i am not coming back back. forever uninstalling.
1 ★just awful. Throws all of your "privacy" away as soon as they ask for location. Then when we complain about it we get the same copy and paste response about how if we dont want to give them OUR LOCATION we can't use the app. Unless you get the PAID version of course. A great app gone down the hole because of a stupid location.
1 ★Forced update, forced metrics, forced location. No way to disable. Uninstalled. Bye bye. If anyone knows a better Flash/mouse browser that isn't charging for basic privacy, please put it in your review. You were fun while you lasted, Puffin, but I trust most of your users are going to vote with their wallets and their precious ad revenue as I am.
1 ★So I have to accept giving you location permission to open the app after the update...It wont get passed the welcome screen without doing that. Not gona do it. I have had the paid app for years but it often displays mobile web pages where the free one always displays full web pages. I have replaced this as my main browser with the pro version but it wants an update too. Is pro going to demand my location after the update as well? I would appreciate a response to the last bit.
1 ★The new update is forcing me to accept access to location and reports, rubbish and intrusive. **reply to puffin** cookies are more than enough to produce sufficient ad revenue as you did before hand. This is just forceful, intrusive and unnecessary. Your App is not longer private! Deleted and using an alternative. P. S if I could give you any starts I would give you minus 5
1 ★Puffin browser is owned by a real SCUMBAG!!!! don't install if you want to hand out your privacy and location data to who knows? I have been using puffin for a while, A shame that I will be uninstalling on all my phones and devices and install Firefox now. At least their is trust using FF. And I will make sure I spread the shady dirtbag tactics that has been applied to this browser app to everyone and everybody that I know, including all the forums that I'm activly part of,..and there is a lot.
