1 ★What's the point of a taxi app if there's no taxis on it? Huge fail. Tonight it said there was a taxi 1 minute away (and many others on the map) but then when I clicked book the taxis disappeared. I had to then walk to flag one but freenow still have my booking on hold. Oddly the cancel button crashed the app. Joke of a service.
3 ★I've had issues cancelling in the past but last few picks ups went smooth. There needs to be an easy way to make small updates on pickup location. When you see the direction of your inbound cab. You might want to say cross a junction so the cab doesn't start journey in the wrong direction etc.
1 ★This app lately really sucks and took my money out of their damn app!!! The driver's app is not working after accepted my request, the same with passenger's app so when finally driver picked me up, the app showed nothing. Happened to me several times! Either they asked me to got off or I had to pay the driver individually. But both options FreeNow still charged me for cancellation!! And CSO didnt even reply my email! Its sucks!
1 ★Im using this app regularly but last days it's terrible. I get discount 50%. I see price with discount when I search for a ride. But when I want to order a ride then popup opens with message that price just changed. And it's not a one situation. It just a click bait with promotions to use this app and then when you need a ride the price is different.
1 ★Having severe difficulty connecting to this app with just my data plan. The app says I'm offline but I didn't use to have this problem when it was just the old beat app or the tier app when in other countries meaning they probably haven't optimized for users with data plans. Seems counterintuitive since people in rush or on the move rarely seem to have a stable internet connection.
1 ★Absolutely appalling DO NOT USE THIS TAXI APP!!! The prebooking feature is a total lie, they charge you an extra amount and then simply auto-start a normal search for a cab 20 mins before your selected time. So that early morning airport taxi is not coming!! Almost missed an international flight because of this deceitful app. And for local trips it claims 'taxi in 5 mins' then once you press to Order Taxi Now it searches for ages then tells you that the taxi is 30 minutes away. Dreadful.
1 ★I've used this app for quite some time now. Firstly, I've encountered some issues with connectivity. Then, among other things, I had some issues with the driver taking a much longer route. Zero response, and you have zero rights using this app. Will look for alternatives.
2 ★"Technology fee" of 3 euro without providing any difference in service is quite unfortunate. Your service remains exactly the same, the ability to order a taxi online. To charge a fee, you should offer something different and charge for it if the customer selects it. Taxi drivers have been bound by rules for years, and they can't simply add fees as they see fit or because their costs increased. Why is freenow allowed to do this? Glad there are other apps without these fees, one less FN customer.
1 ★Driver nearly crashed several times, went through red lights. Went onto main road without looking and was in wrong lane for airport.2.8 rating and still allowed on app plus was ripped off. Worst experience ever and lucky to be alive!!!!!
1 ★I went to pay for my ride and it scheduled a second booking. Charged me 5 euro to cancel one of them, I paid it. Then for the second one couldn't find me a ride for 10 minutes. Ended up using Uber that charged me 5 euros less and found a ride in 10 seconds.
5 ★Excellent experience so far (three trips in). Drivers arrive exactly when the app says they will and the app itself is easy to set up and use. It works really well.
2 ★Great app userface but unreliable. The driver can cancel a pre-booking. Happened to me early in the morning trying to get to the airport. On top, I have experienced unprofessional drivers in Greece.
