We operate our own extensive flight tracking network which is expanding every day!

Important Note:
Plane Finder works by picking up real time ADS‐B signals used by aircraft to transmit positional data to land based receivers. This technology is faster than traditional radar and is used for air traffic control and navigation. ADS‐B is not used by all airlines or aircraft, however this is changing and the number of aircraft tracked by ADS‐B is increasing all of the time. Traditional radar type data in near real time is also included for North America; this is subject to a short time delay.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★I spent £4.99 on this app so that I could watch my daughter's flight across the Atlantic without annoying adverts and pop ups. At first all was fine until she reached Greenland where the plane disappeared off the screen. I found this very worrying and in a slight panic I opened up Flightradar 24 where her flight was clearly visible, phew! On Plane Finder, other planes were missing in the area, whilst some where still there. All planes on this app had lost their company icons and flight details. My daughter's flight eventually reappeared as she passed Quebec. Other flights around her where still missing from this app. Frankly, I wish I had saved my money. I would have paid for Flightradar 24, but they are greedy and want a subscription. This app is a waste of money!
2 ★Used to be 5* but lately it's got so many bad points. When you click the airport and select a flight you used to be able to click 'view on map' that function doesn't work anymore. Half the time the flight paths are incorrect. e.g I was looking over Corfu about to track my parents flight when there was an Ibiza to Leeds Doncaster plane overhead. Somehow I don't think so. There was also a Bristol to Paphos plane about to land. There are so many glitches and bugs that need fixing to get back to 5*
2 ★I used this application exclusively to track flights of my loved ones but recently I discovered a fatal flaw which just kills this app. I tried to track a flight and it didn't show up. The worst things went through my head. I knew the flight had taken off because I got the confirmation from the airport. I checked other flight tracking systems on my desktop and realized that the flight had dropped off for about 40-45 minutes but they got it back quick. This app saw the flight almost at the end.
2 ★What happened to this app?! It seems that the app has lost functionality over time and flight data is highly inconsistent or just flat out incorrect. Used to be one of my favorite flight tracking apps. I will reconsider if it starts working again, but it apparently has been abandoned. Spend your money elsewhere.
2 ★Why does an update marked only as "bug fixes" require four new permissions? No thanks.
2 ★The filtering setting does not incorporate all airlines. Air Canada has an in-house low cost carrier calles Rouge. They show up on the screen when filtering the Airport (YYZ) but do not show up when filtering Airline (AC). I can only find Air Canada and Air Canada Jazz under the airline filter. Air Canada also has Rouge (as mentioned above) and it's Express carriers (ie. Sky Regional). This is the first airline I've tested. I'm sure there are others.
5 ★Such a fascinating app whether for business or for pure pleasure. Whenever an aero vehicle flys overhead, i jump on Plane Finder to soothe the ache of my curiosity.. Another thing i love Plane Finder for is that its global data. I find it amazing to see how many vehicles we have in the air in one time all around the world..
5 ★Brilliant app had it fora few years and always spots the planes and alerts are great
1 ★An awful app - I had the iOS version of this app for years and it worked brilliantly. But since changing to this android version for the S10+ it constantly loses connection ( even when connected to wi-fi) it doesn't show most flights which appear on Flightradar24, and it has far less functionality than the iOS version. This app wouldn't be worth having on your phone even it is was free.
1 ★Complete waste of money. I switched to this app after using Flight Radar 24 for several years and do not want to pay a subscription for any app. Not all flights are shown on Plane Finder, the screen flickers on the flights page making sections of the screen illegable, and the filter section does not work at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
2 ★FR24 takes this app to the cleaners. It's sad because I've spent money on this app, but the amount of glitches, delay on aircraft and lack of easy UI puts this app as a very poor second. I heard an aeroplane going overhead yesterday, looked on here and there was nothing, opened FR24 on my ipad and saw a Flybe flight to Dublin overhead. Just dont buy this app, there are better out there.
5 ★Provides all information needed to track flights & type of aircraft. Excellent quick, reference.
