3 ★The app is easy to use however the airline is not very reliable, I experience frequent itinerary changes and outright canceled flights, sometimes without warning from the airline. Unfortunately they offer the best service to the destinations I frequent.
1 ★I always add my flight info to google callendar. When I open it with calendar, there is option to select box saying "check in". I do it exactly 24 hours before flight. Again today it redirects me with a link asking for first & last name...then thanks me for wanting early check in. I then go in circles for several minutes. Finally give up and open SW app 5 minutes later to get boarding position near end of B for boarding. Very frustrating as I am making effort to get in A or low B boarding group!
5 ★I installed the app but had forgot my login information. It's pretty awesome that that information isn't needed to see the itinerary or to check in. I didn't know this. I waited on the phone over an hour for customer service, who did help to change my login but who also told me that I didn't need it for what I was wanting to do with the app. Woke up for my return flight check-in and in 3 clicks I was checked in for the rest of my trip. Pretty nice!
5 ★Been flying Southwest for 7÷ years to visit our daughter and family in San Antonio. Very pleased, I don't know much about using apps. I am older. Glad I was able to use the app and get our check in done. Thank you Southwest!❤
4 ★Always an enjoyable experience. However, I was very disappointed I was unable to use my $ credit..I had to cancel my flight during Covid..I thought we had thru 2022..not the case..lost $115
4 ★Very easy to navigate, great urgent booking and changes. One thing I notice is it gives me error when I do same-day departure and return flights. Also it doesn't give you an option for multi-city.
5 ★Easy, convenient, and intuitive! Unlike other airline apps, SW makes it easy and I never need to contact customer service directly.
5 ★So great. Flights allow you 2 carry ons AND two checked bags FOR FREE (possibly only if you make an account on the app WHICH IS ALSP FREE). Southwest really does a great job every single time. And they seemingly don't suck the life out of your wallet to get you to your destination. Thanks for doing things better, Southwest.
1 ★Horrible, flights not leaving on time after rescheduling due to flight being canceled the day before, way to short of a notice. Will not fly this airlines ever again. Waiting on a flight now that has ben delayed 3 times. How is responsible for this mess. The airline higher ups are to chicken to fess up, WIMPS!
1 ★It was easy to log in, but my husband and I have different classes -- I'm B 7 and he is c 16 -- after I ordered our tickets together and signed is both in at the same time! Really!?!
3 ★In-flight experience is 10/10, great, amazing, phenomenal. But I have almost 400$ in flight credit i can't use for anybody but myself, which i was not told, and I've used credit that was in my name for my mom before. I just think they should have told me, and made it clear what I was limiting myself to
