5 ★This is a very helpful app. It helped me a lot to book all of our train tickets in Italy,the app is user-friendly!!
1 ★Very poor application, it states you can retrieve your ticket even when offline, incorrect! In fact even if you are online it will still not retrieve the ticket, which is a huge problem when the ticket inspector asks for it . Avoid!
1 ★I booked a ticket from bari airport to vieste but it doesn't complete the process and they charged me 2 time while I got an email saying that I don't get charged. Very bad app need more improvement like payment method.
5 ★Easy to use, lots of options to choose from helping you find the cheapest travel available for the dates/times you want. Just used it for the first time and would happily use again.

1 ★For buses, they do not include a massive company FLIXBUS on searches. For me it's a big CON.
2 ★Annoying minute details and crashes. The concept of one app for bus, train, flight and car pooling is really cool and saves my time to check different apps. But the user experience in the app is not so great for example, It crashes quite often, takes a lot of time to display results, while searching you can't type the destination first and starting point next, you can't see the ticket prices in the completed travels. Additional features like add calendar will also be nice to have.
4 ★I really like the app. It's is really good to find the best options. I'd like to give you a suggestion. * What do you think about to include a star ⭐ to save the favorite trips. This way could be easy to access the trips that the user like. And maybe include a option to look destination or different destinations in different dates in a list for example. This one could be easier to compare the best dates to go and also save the favorites with option above.
1 ★Unable to select the ticket I want to purchase within the app since newest updates. Please fix. I used this app quite often to buy tickets when it worked and can't wait to do so again. Nowadays the app doesn't always find cheapest combinations of travel between certain destinations. When I book sections of the trip separately it can make quite a difference in price and makes my trip cheaper. Which kind of makes the app feel a tad obsolete.
