1 ★Useless. Can't scan my card for faster pickup. Doesn't recognise my details that I enter so I still have to go to the counter, show my license and get checked. What is the point of this app? UNINSTALL! Let me know when you have fixed the app and filed tested it so it is fully working.
1 ★Beware Elite Privilege members get charged more than non-members. If you don't log in as a member you get a cheaper car rental. For 8 days it was over $100 more. I think they are charging for their reward program. Avis app I found does not do this, so I have been cancelling my Europcar bookings even though I am an elite member and using other rental companies until they change this policy.
1 ★Buggy app, wouldn't allow login, website had payment glitches, customer service virtually nonexistent. Avoid.
1 ★I'm giving this app a zero star because it doesn't work at all. Tried to book a car, changed dates and location but it give me a message "sorry there are no cars available for this dates, try changing date or location" guess what, i did a thousand times still couldn't get a booking. This app get zero star from me cause it sucks. I had to select a one star just to post this review.
1 ★Takes all your details...but doesn't save anytime whatsoever. When you arrive you are plagued by "upselling". This app should mean pick up keys and go. It doesn't. My last experience at Pisa airport meant a one and a half hour wait for a hire car booked and paid for 4 months previously. Avoid!
1 ★Needed to pay extra 35% extra of whole booking on-site because this app only tries to reserve a car. Reservation was not confirmed due to not available cars/items. When I went there everything was there but I needed to pay local prices. No discounts or apologies from stuff.
1 ★They are the worst. They won't tell you that you need to pay for a congestion charge, even tho they know that are in a congestion charge area. They will add hidden fees to your final invoice, so be prepared to challenge everything.
1 ★It hasn't been possible to log into the app for weeks. I've tried my ID and email as the username but nothing works. No issues on the website. Can't believe this hasn't been fixed yet!
1 ★Does not have accurate local information. I booked a car from a office that wasn't open because of a local holiday. Also the system did not work properly with their booking system and put the wrong name on my contact. Terrible, I will in install.
1 ★Trying to book a car rental, just keep being a repeated message of "technical error, please try again later". If I can't use the app to book a car, what good is it? Now I booked a car using the computer, but the app won't show my booking.
3 ★Since the last update on mobile app I'm unable to use it, due so issue on mobile app itself when trying to comfirm and pay for rental error keep appearing saying please enter security code. Even though this has already been entered. Trying speak online with support about this issue. They have replied we are unable to speak to mobile app team. Please fix this issue ASAP
2 ★The app is only useful to rent a car... and may do the job. I was hoping to have a minimum management during a reservation, like showing the car plate number, the return date and hour... but you have only information about your future rentals. You may get a discount renting through the app.
