2 ★If the app is not active and one of your bookings get cancelled if you try to open the app you're stuck with "cancelled booking window" and there's nothing you can do. Even worse is when you get stuck with that window and you have upcoming booking to activate, you just can't do anything, you can't activate/cancel it. And then you get blocked from pre-booked jobs. It happens on both Samsung s9+ and S20, both running latest Android version and latest Free now app.
1 ★Very bad version problem with loading prebooks old version is better that's make me keep working with Uber.
1 ★Previous problem with Waze pop-up has now reduced - not completely gone. However, now follow up trips comes as blank screen or just empty box and when one clicks on it, it sometimes cancels the job which FreeNow attributes to the driver as low acceptance rate, even though it's their app's bug! I lost out on few promotions because of this. I now don't bother with their promotions cos their app is unreliable for reactive and proper interaction. Just ignore the promotions entirely
1 ★There's an update every other day, why can't the developers make an app that works properly for once.
3 ★Filtered menu not working properly. Jobs coming in very slowly, so slow that some jobs are even coming in with "already taken" status. That means that some drivers are having an opportunity to take three steps (identify, select and accept job) before the job is even presenting in my menu. New update looks nice, but is a disaster in functionality. Also keeps logging me out, and freezing on transactions... Please fix, or return to previous
4 ★Great app except for a couple of bugs. I have to always press the log in button a second time to log in. Never logs in on first press. Second and most annoying thing is it automatically logs out of the app if the screen is not live( eg. if you have another app on screen for too long or if you have the screen switched off for more than a few mins) . There by making you unavailable when iften you are. ( App should run in bacground and stay logged in )
1 ★It's the worst app after a year and so in market! Driver don't receive any sound notification when jobs r coming and only hears low click sound when the job offer is about to disappear. Secondly, the App doesn't pop out by forcing other Aps in order to see the offered job as the old App used, thus makes you accept less jobs. Above all, it doesn't give you the choice to use Waze navigation, you'll have to do that manually by ur self manually.
1 ★quests overlapping with online/offline button, very annoying. Also , the app is constantly crashing. crashing while completing every journey, when pressing end trip!! update 6th of May 2022 still crashing in the background, while logged in and online, logged into a journey, mostly getting stuck at payment screen!! just end trip, and take the money automatically, remove the take payment feature which is causing so many crashes!! edit : 15/06/22 no gps tracking supplied to the customer end!!!
1 ★The worst app, I don't know what to start with, it crashes all the time, the trips I receive are from more than 3 miles or even 8 miles away, or 15 - 20 minutes away, I mean I can't go for a trip of £5 15 minutes away so I've decline a lot of trips because of that and they sent me message that I'm declining to many trips. The app work so bad, I don't know who done the app as a programmer. Other problem is the support, I've sent them messages but they never reply, and many more problems.
1 ★Absolutely appalling app.....I have contacted freenow numerous times about the app and the many issues it has....always freezes during busy periods...cannot get into prebookings to activate them as the app cannot cope and they suspend you for failing to collect customer!! Sends 2 drivers to 1 job and when the customer cancels the booking it still sends the drivers on a wild goose chase wasting 20 minutes of our time not to mention fuel Do not get back to you when you email them...
1 ★Just drove for about an hour in biggest traffic ever and there is no price change. Amazing. Unforgettable experience. Also, app constantly crashes. Reaching a bonus with this app is once in a lifetime, as you may not ever be able to get another one. You get jobs regularly once every hour or two, which is amazing 👏
5 ★I think its very unfair that the Customer gets charged a Technology Charge of 3 EUROS on top of the 15% charged to the Drivers ??? This equates to aporox. 30% in total , terrible high percentage. When a Taxi driver adds their income tax percentage it is costing them a hell of a lot to opperate as a Driver. Dublin Citys Traffic problem is insane. The Dublin City Councill need to be lobbyied to increase the time delay on the traffic lights to eleviate the congestion. Other wise the app isSuper.
