1 ★I can't get pass my information. It ask for Spirit number and it won't respond. My number is already in the box 😡😡😡. I like the old app better. I didn't have any problems with it. Fix this issue please. Thank you.
1 ★Check in doesn't work when the most needed. + They sell the seats. Because of that they put my son of 2 years old alone in the middle of other people. So he had to travel on my lap. They charge me a seat I didn't use, yay!
1 ★This app doesn't find my trips now. I enter the last name and conf# it sits there with the hourglass. I even tried re-installing the app. So I had to use the website to check in and print the boarding pass. It gets better. The QR code doesn't display in the email. So you have to print it to see the QR code.
1 ★it's cheap to fly but the carry on bags are way too expensive. not worth the cost cuz the bag check the limit weight is 40 not 52 like the other carriers. If the weight limit pass they charge you an exaggerated amount. so is 50/50 .If you want to travel light choose this if not well choose some other airline.
1 ★This app sucks. It kept saying "please wait" as it was processing, but would do nothing. It would even kick me back to the beginning of the check-in process. Had to restart the check-in process at least 6 times. I'm still in the process now, but stopped what I was doing just to write this review.
1 ★Useless. The app is either always loading OR insisting you give it permission for your location, refusing to go forward no matter how many times you say "no thanks". The membership reward points cost mon end y to redeem almost making it as much as buying a plane ticket without them, and the whole thing seems pretty much a sham. Pointless.
1 ★The email directs me to the app to purchase baggage, but the app won't work! It recognizes my trip but when I click on bags, it won't respond after bringing me to the baggage page. Even if I uninstall the app, the email tries to make me install the app! Have opened and closed and uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times with the same problem.
5 ★Such a deal. So much cheaper than most airlines and the service is on par or better. Ok, so SOMETIMES you're not flying with the classiest people in the sky, and sometimes you ARE. Great Value 👍as far as I'm concerned.
1 ★Yeah, no thanks. Something fishy when "no thanks" doesn't work when app "requests" access to MY location when i want to buy a ticket for my daughter in another State! Welcome to the new World of forced compliance to YOUR data. Went to travelocity and found a nice Frontier flight( access to MY location services not REQUIRED to take my money).
1 ★App is always crashing. Most of the time I can't even get past the start-up screen. Their app doesn't work, and yet they charge you to check in in person. They just want your money. Just fly Delta or literally anything else than this.
4 ★For the most part the app works well when trying to do things on a cell phone not always. Been mis data I do not own a computer most transaction has to occur on a computer or laptop. Then I have to go to the library or barrow friend's computer. It would be great if you did something that it would work well on both an iPhone or an android as well as it does on a computer. Thank you.
1 ★Crashes constantly. Won't even load. Just stuck on the spirit logo upon starting the app. Doesn't get any further than that. Even uninstalling and redownloading doesn't fix anything. This app is nothing but problems when I use it.
