1 ★BAD! I checked in online and received my boarding pass, but I was surprised when I arrived at the airport that the QR code doesn't work! And I had to rush to check-in again in person! Very stressful.

1 ★This is the worst airline I have dealt with. I wanted to cancel my flight due to ill conditions that happened to me, but no one answers the email, support or phone, I lost my money, I do not advise anyone to travel through this company.

1 ★I wish I can give Ryana air a zero stars, they got unprofessional customer serves. The worst ever. They cancelled my flight because of Covid19, I haven't received the refund since 3 months. If you wanna get contact with customer support! It might take ages, and you will have to try over and over, once you made it, you will be surprised with a very unprofessional customer service. I'm never gonna use Ryanair again.

2 ★Difficult to use because of too many commercials, waaay too many. Every step or click in this app is followed by a banner with a commercial. Really makes you hate this provider and whatever product the commercial is about

The Checkin desk attendant in Madrid is nothing to write home about, Unprofessionals, Manners, Rude, Arrogant Just name it, it's like they don't care if you fly Ryanair or not. What a shame to Ryanair. The Checkin girl is a Racist. She won't left my wife fly with a small pulse that contains water for the kids, she forced my wife to throw the bag away or she won't fly, what a world, she finally threw the bag away.

1 ★Ryanair didn't return money for canceled flight in more than a year. They just ignore all my correspondence. I'm referring them to CAA. Also, they covered kidnapping of the journalist in Belarus on May, 23 in their press release. Avoid at all costs.
