After the app didn't help me I spend 3 hours and a half for a no in the phone and no help at all .. I was told they can't touch the ticket and no they are not going to help
1 ★I've been using this app for the last 4 years for booking my trips . This app is taking forever to load. This is worse this app has ever been
1 ★A pile a junk. Completely worthless. I've changed passwords 3 times but the Log in won't work. It never has told me I've been locked out either.

3 ★Used to work great, but now I have to log in almost every time I use it. Plus, as others have reported, the endless spinning icon (busy) when performing a search for flights. You have to go into your apps mgr, force AA closed, and then reopen. THEN it works correctly. I must admit that I've reported this to AA, via email, and they've responded. I just hope they can find the bug and fix it. A year ago it worked great. Then something changed. Let's hope they can take care of it. :)
4 ★It is a great app as far as airline apps go but I have missed a few flights because they app doesn't update when the gates have changed
3 ★Doesn't update in real time, which would be handy when connecting on a flight that changed gates.
1 ★My flight was delayed for a lavatory button malfunction for 2 hours. Then my connection flight was missed, twice, because of a storm over Dallas that no one can recall. I tried to call and use this app with no success. So I am sitting in Dallas-Fort's Terrible airport with no clothes and no help from AA and with no intent to help either. So guess who is driving 2.5 hours to Austin? 🙃
1 ★Can you please fix the app. It keeps logging me out daily. Executive Platinum member and this app is really bad and not polished at all. Fix the logouts please.
1 ★App lacks functionality. I'm testing this out to see if I should move from Delta, but I'm not feeling convinced. No ability to choose options for upgrading. Trying to change seats in app takes me to a blank screen. I don't know if my companion is on the upgrade list. I can't make adjustments to my FF program unless I call. In the midst of a status challenge, I'm not impressed. I have to wait hours to reach a rep on the phone, so I expect a comprehensive app. Treat your elites better.
