Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

1 ★Hate it becauae I don't need it but its forced upon me. No matter how many times I uninstall, Play Store installs it in the background under the guise of a security update. I also turned off Auto Updates so I'm really mad that this is happening. I'm viewing this app as a insidious data collection tool for the aforementioned reasons.
5 ★I used to use Japanese on Google to convert or read the symbols from Japan when they put pillows things on Facebook but I wish it was transferred into English so that I could read it from John Bradford
1 ★When I disable an app I expect it to stay that way and not enable itself after an update installs, which should not have been offered in the first place.
4 ★Please don't merge with Gboard let them be separated
1 ★This has been replaced by Gboard, hasn't been updated in more than a year, and will never be updated again. Google is just too incompetent to remove these old deprecated keyboards.
1 ★Why can't all these language inputs be uninstalled? If I ever need them, I will go find them and install at that point. Frustrating that Google keeps piling more stuff onto our devices. Android used to be the anti-Apple. Now that Google is in control, they are just the same, they are trying to take control of our lives and collect every bit of data they can. Scary stuff.
1 ★I had this app before I formatted my phone, but I guess there was an update and now I cant search for emoji on the english keyboard, and they made it more difficult to access emoji from the Japanese keyboard. An unecessary downgrade.
1 ★RIP: Merging with Gboard
4 ★It works and I've been using for a year. A few minor problems are that some kanji are Chinese versions; they don't give most commonly used words and kanji as possible options while typing, or those are not included as options. So it can be frustrating from time to time and I normally use my iPad for corresponse in Japanese, which is a bit better for Japanese typing.
1 ★I don't like that I can't uninstall it. I have limited data and see that uninstalled apps or disabled apps like this still running using it all up. I don't use it so why does it do that
4 ★The keyboard vibrates to the touch, which can be annoying sometimes. The keyboard is more accurate than the system's keyboard, having more word entries. However, both of them suffer from displaying Chinese versions of kanji, such as 海 for sea. The right side of the character should look like this 毎. Still I like that you get different emojis. I wish I knew how to customize あ, for example and give it a ten-ten for emphasis.
3 ★Absolutely fantastic app usually but lately had been quite buggy on my Samsung A50 and won't even pop up. Sad... I keep having to reinstall it
