2 ★Since last update, on 3 different devices, every time I clip a coupon, it goes to clipped coupons. I have to scroll forever to find unclipped. Oh, and chat still doesn't work.
1 ★This may be the worst app I have ever used. I have followed instructions to find my personalized deals to no avail. They show on my account on my computer, not on the mobile app, so they don't come up when I shop in the store. I have looked under every possible link on this app. WHERE ARE THEY? Also tried to message, all I get is we don't understand. Very frustrated!
4 ★This new Randalla app is not as easy to use as the old one (2 or 3 months ago). It is confusing and half the time to bogs down when I am trying to use it. I even had the checker try to help and she too was having trouble. For me, the more you keep trying to improve upon something that didn't need improving, makes me wonder what Randalls motive is. Are you trying to discourage the use of computer coupons? The confusion in using this new app is not helping the shopper.
1 ★I keep trying to open the app and it just keeps showing a blank screen. Had trouble last week, uninstalled and reinstalled, worked ok until today. I shouldn't have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app every week just to clip coupons. If that's the case I'll just start shopping somewhere else, too much of a hassle.
3 ★Since they've changed this format, the app is worse than ever. I updated less than a week ago and had to update again before I could even use it. There are constant updates. If you're not interested in delivery or pickup, it's much more difficult to use than it used to be. Albertsons really needs to invest in some focus groups to make this a lot more user-friendly to make it a welcoming app!
1 ★Worse app ever. It worked fine until it made me do a force update to use it. Once I updated the app, it just showed a blank screen and on top a randalls and its logo. I cleared the cache, no difference. If the app's update goal was to push away customers, it worked! Great job!
2 ★I dont like that this app tracks me (I get notices telling me Safeway, that is, Randall's, is tracking me. Also I cannot find an item in the store using this app. I can only add it to my cart. That was my experience, anyway. I am looking for a way to stop tracking, else I will delete app altogether.
5 ★Selecting fresh salmon from the display case in League City, a store employee, Amie- assisted me in downloading the App and utilizing it for the purchase. I would not have known about the extra discount had a wonderful lady behind the Meat & Seafood counter not mentioned the additional $2 off per lb. with the digital coupon. Every bit of savings helps me maintain a healthy diet. The savings allowed me 20 individual meals! Wow! This is what GENUINE customer service looks like. GET the APP!
4 ★Ap easy to use. I don't like having to electronically add digital in order to receive sale price. if you don't know that ahead of time, it will charge you the regular price & now you're that annoying person who's holding the line up. 😫
1 ★I hate the new update, everything is bad in it, first it asks me to sign in every time I use the up! second your list has categories not pictures to what I put in my list! I dont want to enter each category to see whats on my list! I loved the old one I am not using the new one anymore ,I have to write my number and get a code Everytime I sign in! no thanks.

4 ★I love the app it's mostly easy. I always have a hard time finding this one reward part but in general I rate this app so highly bc it can be. A lifesaver letting you know about deals (if available) that can massively help your budget. For example fresh food bogos🏆
