1 ★THIS APP HAS A PROBLEM I'VE NEVER SEEN ANY OTHER APP HAVE IN MY 15 YEARS OF USING A PC, 10 YEARS ON ANDROID, AND 8 YEARS OF USING AN IPAD. As if the design, functionality, and features of this app weren't horrendous enough, the app went bats#!t crazy after a recent update. As soon as I opened the app, it started flashing the right side of my screen, then the entire screen went bonkers. The touch screen stopped working, but thankfully I managed to force close and uninstall this pile of junk.
2 ★Who designed this app? There's so many options and it's a PAIN to get to the membership card. I would add it as one of the shortcuts so people would want to use this app and the company can leverage the coupons better. Out of all the many times I've tried to to get a digital coupon used, one out of the ten instances a cashier was able to give me where my card was located. Simplicity is key folks! It shouldnt take 10 clicks to get to my card(I'm exaggerating, but that's how it feels).
1 ★Adding the app in store so as to use it was challenging because it's not well thought out at key interaction points! The app relies on your home zip code but it defaults to one far away from me. If you can't quickly find where to change it, you can't use the coupons you put the app on your phone to use. Not even remotely intuitive except when it comes to pushing me to BUY things. Unsatisfactory.
1 ★I managed to change my password (because I forgot it) even under technical difficulties of theirs. I received an email that my password has been updated, I try to sign in with my new updated password but again, technical difficulties on the app. Please fix asap! P. S. The digital coupon was asinine and inconvenient, which is why I uninstalled the app and just installed it again, to find out about technical difficulties.
1 ★App isn't user-friendly & frustrating to use. 1.) Deals listed in random order w/non-food items mixed randomly w/food items. No option to list items by similar category. 2.) Even tho items are deselected in deals filters, they aren't filtered out & list is still jumbled random mess. 3.) There're no prices listed for individual deals like other stores. 4.) When looking @item details, clicking on back arrow sends back to top of list; must scroll thru whole list again to get back to where left off.
1 ★Worthless. The entire app is NOT user friendly. Tryingto use coupons is ridiculous. Viewing weekly ads takes more time than driving to the nearest store and getting a paper version. If they had coupons to cut out I'd use those too, because it's too difficult to use. The chutzpah to tell Anyone that they need to check to see if Their phones are updated is the systemic problem with ffl, lack of responsibility. Stores, parking lots, carts are dirty. Grocery belts don't work, long lines, etc.
1 ★Garbage app... Keeps forcing me to choose a Kroger store, which I don't have near me. There's a food-4-less right around the corner and it won't let me shop there. The store offers curbside pickup, but the app won't let me use it. It wants me to either choose delivery, or shop in store and just use the app as a grocery list. it was a pain in the rear to opt out of them selling my data for sales purposes. I had to enter my personal information in three different times, in three different places.
3 ★PLEASE,PLEASE improve the app. I have been having days trying to shop a online is nearly impossible. Is difficult to navigate through the app and also is any easier to try to add any items to the shopping cart. I completely dislike the fact that in order to get what I want to have to swipe and surf through hundreds of items instead of me going straight to search what I need and add it to my kart instead it would go straight to add it to a useless shopping list that doesn't allow me to check out
1 ★Waste of time unless you just need to see the weekly sale ads. The digital coupons don't work at the register and the cashiers act like they don't know what a digital coupon is so- go figure...they can't fix the lack of savings at the end. Very "heavy" memory guzzling app for just looking at the weekly ad ...which you can just look at on the website. Unloading.
1 ★I have had this app for months hoping for improvement, but nothing. I have never been able to locate my nearest 3 stores. There are 3 locations within 30 miles of me, including 1 as close as 12 miles, which I shop at often, but the nearest shown on the app is 40 miles away. The app is completely useless to me because I will not travel 40 miles to shop. If this is fixed, I will update my review.
1 ★Doesn't work. On the first screen when opening the app, it asks you to sign up for an account. I clicked sign up and it asked me to either share my location with the app or enter my postal code so it could see which locations I was near. All of my local postal codes popped up a "Location Not Found" error. So I was like okay fine I'll share my location with the app. Exact same pop up over and over. Fine I won't create an account. Doesn't matter, back to the location page. Garbage broken app.
1 ★I'm upset because I had a cart with 70 items in it. Now all of a sudden it's saying 40 items unavailable and I can't even see which ones they are. I put alot of time into creating this cart. I'd like to at least be able to see which items are unavailable instead of a blank square. How annoying. I'd rather order from somewhere else now. What a waste of time. I'll just keep my $$$.
