3 ★Getting delivery is awesome. Ordering multiples of an item and having the count reset to 1 repeatedly, is really frustrating. This means you have to order again, and pay a delivery fee again, to get what you tried to order in the first place. Calling customer service is pointless; they don't care one bit right now. Maybe that's to be expected... It's also frustrating that they can't notify shoppers ahead if an item is completely out of stock - that would be an amazing added feature.
4 ★Nice app with some tweaks. It could be so easy to navigate. Difficult to navigate and shop in store. I'd like to be able to load digital and physical coupons (with the touch of one button) to the app and have them automatically applied at check out. I'd also like to add weight (on deli or meat) to my item and not have to cross my fingers in hopes that the online-shopper is reading the notes. There are too many steps to simply add items or coupons. Why make things difficult? Thx for listening.
3 ★The app is great if you wanna save what little $ you can; HOWEVER, the coupon-sorting doesn't really sort and when you scroll down through all the 100s of "clippable" coupons, you have to start from the very top of the list ANYTIME and EVERYTIME you're forced to leave that page (like seeing what qualifies for that coupon). Fortunately, if you 'clip' the coupon right there in the list, you can keep scrolling down the list for the coupons you need.
2 ★It has the potential to be very useful. However it's impossible to use the sale paper to make a pickup list. And I'm scrolling through it keeps inappropriately circling items I don't want. When I circle the items I do want there's no way that I can put them directly into a pickup order without going to the front page and looking up everything item by item and adding it to my order. It pay attention, this could be so much better if you'd used common sense.
3 ★Slow and buggy Very slow at times. ClickList will sometimes make me start my order over completely. It just loses my order. Or it doesn't give me enough time to write in substitution comments. Will also not let me make substitutions with the link that is given. So I have to have other people do that for me. I find that the search for items is not very good. And I don't appreciate weird things popping up when I search for one item and I have to go through 10 different items that are ads.
1 ★This app is infuriating. It constantly freezes, especially when I'm doing a search. It also constantly logs me out and it won't always allow me to log back in right away. This has been happening for like a year. If they would just fix this already, I would give the app more stars because when it used to work it was good. Also WHY can't we add items to our cart directly from the Weekly Ad?!
2 ★Though the features are nice, the interface is difficult to use. I find it hard to manuver through this app and certain aspects don't make sense, like adding groceries to your list and adding groceries to your cart are different actions, but the app makes if look like you're doing the same thing. So if you're doing a pick up order, you have to be mindful to not put the things you want to buy in your list.
1 ★Get Ready to waste some time. When you go to any list or items via search, in a specific department, in coupons, or any list whatsoever and you begin scrolling it will randomly jump you back to the top of the list, no matter how far down the list you are, as if the app is lagging. This will happen 3-5 times depending on how many items have to load. This is a glitch in coding of the app and it needs to be fixed. I love that Fry's has an app and if this 1 big issue gets fixed, it will be PERFECT!
1 ★This app has never worked well. It either lags terribly or it crashes while opening. We actually hardly shop here anymore because I cannot access the coupons or ads easily. Navigating the app, with how much it freezes and lags, is far too time consuming, especially if I'm trying to pull up a coupon I missed while I'm in the store. It's been like this for a couple years. Would really really love to see this app too finally function smoothly. 🥺
1 ★This app used to be great, but it almost never opens now and instead gives me an invalid credentials message before locking my screen for about a minute. When it does work, the digital coupons that I clip almost never work in the store, so I'm forced to spend more money than expected or ask for help from the overworked staff. No matter how many times the app gets updated, it just seems to get worse.
1 ★This app regularly takes items that I have placed in my cart and removes them. After I place an order I have to go back to my list and make sure everything is in the cart - even if it was in the cart when I click check out! I've watched items be removed for no reason, and constantly had items I've added somehow disappear when I switch between screens! If you want to constantly think you're going crazy, then this is the app for you!
3 ★the app is a bit confusing. can't tell there are notes until almost to the end. no way to save notes on items and hard to locate to enter them. such as not wanting a whole lb of deli meat. should be able to chose by weight. instacart has better interface. adding seems ok but not sure why if you say ok to substitute, it makes you take something out of cart if not in stock. whole process over and over until you find something that is in stock to ensure you get item. in my case, eggs.
