5 ★Very nice and clean store.Their employee's are very helpful too, one of them is Andrew Owings at the Vons on gaffey st in San Pedro.He always keeps himself busy but he will always stop to help a customer😊

5 ★FINALLY!!! FIXED APP FOR INSTALL. YES IT WENT TO INSTALL. FINE NOW...

1 ★The new app update just deleted all of my Monopoly instant win and coupon data. Many of the Fab5 discounts aren't being applied at the checkout either. I just overpaid by $60 but managed to claw back $25 from the manager after pointing out the major blunder with the update roll out. Additionally, the app crashes now when I try to scan bar codes in store for just 4 u discounts.

3 ★The original version was much easier to use. The updated app feels like an attempt to push the user to make more impulse buys. I really wish that the "shop by aisle" worked properly.

1 ★This is a horrible upgrade version. Very cumbersome to go through. Have crashed several times. Took it off my phone until you have a better app like the previous

1 ★Regarding curbside pickup, Vons needs to see what Target is doing w/ their Drive Up app. Vons has you reserve a time slot. For pickup, you park in a designated spot which will have a sign with a # to call. THIS IS NOT CLEAR WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE. A note re: this needs to be added to the app. Nice to have this option but could be better. Stopped ordering delivery; things were always missing & it's a hassle to call but that's the store's fault. Staff is prob overworked due to covid :(

1 ★The items on the app are more expensive than the weekly store ads. If specials such as the fab five items are there, I sure couldn't find them. I uninstalled the app without ever using the service because of that.
