2 ★I used to love the app, and want to again... but for well over a month now I've been logged out and unable to get back in. It keeps telling me my password is incorrect, and when I go to reset it, it gives the option to send a code via email. I never receive the emails. I've tried resetting and unlocking my account numerous times, numerous days, and nothing. I've even tried Uninstalled and reinstalling the app, other emails, and creating a new account. Nothing works.
1 ★Used the app for years with only minor problems for grocery delivery and pickup. After the last update, I can't even add items to the cart before it crashes. It looks like many people have the same experiences. Meijer, this is a good way to lose a lot of money on delivery and pickup orders. Good luck, I hope it gets fixed.
1 ★It's been almost a month and the logon issue is still a problem. I've clicked to stay logged on and the app is still forcing me to log on again and verify. total pain. After entering verification code, get an error message and have to reselect store but not really logged in. Sign in keeps giving message of error on your end and won't let me log on.
2 ★Since the last update, the interface has been utterly garbage. I use a pixel 7 and a pixel 6A. I've used it probably 10 times since the update and every single time there are multiple sync errors on items in my cart. Items do not update. And the most infuriating.. the sensitivity required to remove something by swiping left. Items will get removed from my cart as I'm scrolling up and down. And I'll have no idea what got removed. So imagine that when you have a full cart.
1 ★I don't know what Meijer did to their perfectly good app, but it is now useless. It freezes every time I try to add items to my cart. And every week I have to call the bank and tell them Meijer is not fraud. It says it's a problem on their end...so fix it! I've been using this app for years and previously rated it 5 stars and had to change it. I'm seriously thinking about switching to Kroger. I don't have a leg, and I have to shop online. I'm very disappointed.
1 ★Meijer has made the app worse. Once a week now when you go to pull up the app , all of a sudden you're logged out. you have to push scan now to see your order total, instead of being displayed at the bottom of the itemized list. And instead of pushing the scan now once, you have to push scan now for each individual item as you're shopping. It's ridiculous and frustrating.
2 ★App boots me out even tho I have it set to keep me signed in. When I try signing back in it says it's unable to. I have tried force stop, clear cache, uninstall and reinstall and rebooting my phone. Nothing works. Last time this happened it was hours before I could get back in. Have to shop elsewhere to do a grocery pick up. Very frustrating.
1 ★I absolutely despise being signed out of the Meijer app and then having to access a code sent to my email. I deliberately do not have my email on my phone, which means if I am shopping at Meijer, have saved coupons on my phone, and get signed out, I can't use my digital coupons. Your extra layer of "security" is dreadful. I used to get paper coupons in the mail - they were certainly easier than the extra layer of security!
1 ★This app is a total pain to use. It used to make doing shop and scan a breeze. Now you can't organize the grocery list, you can't continously scan, you can't switch from one function to another. I don't care about little pictures in the grocery list, I want functionality. It is like you painted a car, put chrome on it and nice wheels, then took the engine out. It looks nice but totally useless.
1 ★I do all of my grocery shopping at Meijer. The latest update has messed up the Shopping List. Before I could put notes about brand or lbs needed, now I can't. Before I could scroll through the app easily, now it is so sensitive that random items from the list will delete and there is no undo option, so I have no idea what just got deleted. Before I could add items and they would get added, now that only happens every third time or so. There are more issues, but I have run out of space...
4 ★Convenient to use for pick up. While the shop and scan is super simple, a lot of times the local stores have the checkout closed when I go. I wish there was a less complicated way to get back and forth from cart to shopping within app. Love that the app tells me where an item is in store since the store frequently changes where they stock items. Sometimes I forget to clip coupons, and it doesn't seem to work with the gas perks, so that is annoying...end up wasting my points.
2 ★The recent update is horrible. I loved using the grocery list option and clipping coupons. Now the grocery list is super glitchy- to the point I barely touch an item and it gets deleted and I cannot remember what was deleted (frustration). Also an extra step to put items in order of store AND the related coupons are not available leading to me needing to go through ALL coupons available. Horribly time consuming now. I go to Meijer every week but with this update that may be changing.
