1 ★Horrible call quality, I have been this app for years, had no issues but since last year it has gone downhill. I am done with the horrible service and horrible call quality. So disappointed. It's super annoying when the other person can't hear you or you can't hear other person 🙄. I am definitely going to uninstall this horrible app, too much stupidity.
4 ★Since I post my review, the company contact me and ask me all the problems I was having with the app. It seems that all the issues was fixed, I didn't have a single dropped call since then. I won't give a 5 star because I lost money on every dropped call, but they not even talk about it. This was my fisrt review ->Horrible app, every 20 min the phone call is dropped. Not recommended for anyone.

1 ★This company is an international Vulture. I've been using this app or service for 3 or more years. The past 3 days I've been getting charged for calls that do not connect. The phone will ring once then there's no answer on the other line. I called their customer support number and it was very useless. They have data on all calls made that did not connect and rejected 90% of a refund credit according to their AI. I press option zero to speak to representative but got sent to do a survey instead.
4 ★As per connecting to the destinations, and responding to calling cards when needed immediately are all good in your System Service. Automatically charged your account put one in a difficulty situations sometimes because it disrupt schedule bills. Besides, few of the Customers Service approach are not good. In general. I like Boss Revolution, and have recommended it to so many people, and I will keep recomending it to people due to their fast response. Hence, the best reason why I gave ⭐ four.
5 ★Every time I try to send credit it keeps popping up that there was a problem with my request and I should try again later. I've downloaded this app about six months ago and I haven't been able to send credit from it. I really like the Boss Revolution app but now my mind is turned off from it because it's been over 6 months since this has been happening and there has been no way to resolve it I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still giving me the same option.
1 ★Awful, also says on website if download app will get free 2 pounds but actually you don't.use to be better service when no app just ring landline number and better signals, also line drops after 1 min 2 or 3 seconds every time, so obviously you get charged for 2 min. Not happy at all. Very poor service. I have to use it till my 4 pounds top up ends then will not be topping up or using it

I keep getting something went wrong with your call and then the app crashes. This is really bad experience for me as I have gotten used to this app. Thank.

My 10$ in the app can't be used and just waste my money. Very bad experience with this app. I don't recommend to anyone 👎
1 ★Be aware! I jusy discovered the worst scam. Funds on my account started to disappear mysteriously. I used to love this application, It is user-frendly and all but I recently noticed that the money on my account started disapearing before I even get a chance to use it. I reached out to support but guess what.. I never heard back from them.
1 ★First time using the app. Horrible experience. I will not use this app again. Reloaded my account with my debit card $50. My balance never reflect or showed that my balance was applied. They had no issue taking the money from my account and it cleared. Reps were not helpful. First rep said it needed to clear first. Third day the rep says on its still in the investigation process!!?? What is there to investigate when you took my money and it cleared from my account ?!!! Scam. Very disappointed.
4 ★The air time that we are using in phone and the money we pay for what we are used is good or proportional in previous time,but nowadays too less hours(times) and the same pay.we need you should have to change or add more air time like before (previous time ).
