A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★The cell phone app does not work well. We experience dropped calls frequently, it does not allow for three-way calling, and does not work consistently with bluetooth headsets. Experience has been very disappointing. To respond to the RingCentral responce; we have had many calls with tech support without any improvement. The new release has seen some improvement, but, has other issues that we have also been trying to resolve. Our experiences with RingCentral have been difficult at best.
5 ★It shows constant growing. Since the very beginning, we knew it will be great. It's easy to understand, to use and has a very friendly UI. It's perfect to connect with your coworkers and employees. There are a few functions that we would like to be improved. As a music business company, the improvement of audio features such as voicenotes, recording audio, audio player and downloading will really help with the workflow, but overall both desktop and mobile app are fantastic.
1 ★The recent update has caused this app to start dropping calls for no apparent reason. I've been receiving a message that says "unstable network" and then my connection drops and has to reconnect. If you're not connected to wifi the app is useless. Emailed support last week and I'm still waiting on a response. Clearly not the only one having these issues. Do not download until they fix.
3 ★When it works, its great, but the application randomly drops calls, primarily on my desktop (which runs through a connected headset). There is little that is more unprofessional than hanging up on a client (multiple times) during a call. This has happened both at the office and at home via different (stable) internet connections, both wired and wireless. Personally, its to a point where I just make calls direct from my personal cell phone to save the frustration. Coworkers, same issue.
4 ★I do like this app. I love the fact that when I make a call and the voicemail is full, I just send out a text and that usually solves the communication problem. The only issue I have with the voicemail is that it wont let you rewind or go a bit forward on your message and instead only gives you the option of starting from the beginning again. Also, If I hit the delete button one too many times, I cant get the message back as other systems let you do. As someone before stated, I also have the issue that my cell rings when my desk phone does and I have the settings set that I only want my cell to ring if no answer after 4 rings so I will have to look into the suggestion that was made and see if it works. But in general this is a good app. It works for what we need to do.
2 ★Works great for everything except phone calls. People can't here me most of the time on phone calls or other times I can't hear them. The voice calls on this app are horrible. I've reported this before. We did all of the troubleshooting. The problem is not my data connection. My data connection is perfect. I have 4 bars 4G or 5G. The problem still exists when I'm connected to wifi. That shouldn't even matter though. Most of the time I'm not near wifi. I use other data voice apps (e.g.Goo
3 ★update: slightly better Bluetooth performance, but meetings still drop constantly, the app can't open meeting links so you must copy and paste the meeting ID, and you cannot copy/paste a phone number into the dialer, which is just irritating. Bluetooth does not work, making this app limited in usefulness as a business phone. Still can not do group texts. Try Google Voice, it's free and does both of these things.
2 ★While it does meetings well enough, it is a clunky, ineffective, and incomplete replacement for the old RingCentral phone app. We don't use the messenging part of the app so that's dead weight. It also chokes on slight signal degradation and usually fails to reconnect. It finally also loses a call when switching from wifi to cell or vice versa. I am really tired of using it and just want the RC phone app back.
4 ★Generally good for basic functions - calling, voicemail, SMS, etc. Sending and recieving faxes is a bit cumbersome, but it's 2020 so it's not a huge deal; and it REALLY needs a way to search call logs from within the app, rather than scrolling through an unfiltered list. Integration with other apps would be nice, as well (MyCase, in my case).
2 ★The screen goes black when I make a call. I cannot do anything after that. The screen is black, unlocking and the power button do nothing. I can't hit end call, I can't hit speaker, nothing. I left a 3 minute long voicemail (1 of me speaking and 2 of dead air) for a client because I couldn't hang up. I had to wait until their voicemail disconnected the call. Extremely unprofessional. And for the cost of this??? Crazy.
5 ★Awesome app. Great for business use, smooth using experience, never missed a call from my guests. It provides everything in one app like calls, video calls, text messages, voicemails, and, most importantly, separate contact storage, especially for RingCentral. I would highly recommend it to other people. Overall, I would give 10 out of 10.
1 ★I signed up for the free trial and was unable to cancel via the app. Instead, it required my making a phone call to cancel (read the fine print). That call took over 20 minutes to make a simple cancellation. I was kept on hold repeatedly for many minutes at a time, badgered not to cancel, asked an onslaught of questions as they tried to retain me as a client, and told I could not cancel unless they walked me through the horribly long process. Absolutely ridiculous and not worth the time.
