a. All international phone calls placed through our application depend on the quality
of your Internet connection. Please make sure you have a good signal and that no
other software or program is using your Internet resources when making an
internet phone call.
2. Can I use my phone contacts?
a. Yes, but you have to make sure that all phone numbers are saved in international
format: country code + phone number.
3. Where can I find the rates for SMS?
a. The rates for SMS are available in the More -> Rates section, next to the calling
rates.
4. How much data does the app use for an online call?
a. On average, the app uses approximately 1MB/min for making a voice call. In order
to benefit from the highest quality available, we advise you to use the application
with a WiFi network. Any costs resulting from using the application with 3G or 4G
networks when you call internationally or send an SMS are not covered by us.
BACKUP CALLING METHOD:

1 ★It keeps crashing. I just installed it on an android phone and after log in successfully I wasn't able to buy credit. I logged off but it's impossible to log in again. Uninstalled and install again. Still, not allowed to log in. I'm using same app but different account on an ios device. Same problem today. It doesn't connect. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

5 ★I use this app exclusively to call from another country to United States and it's never failed me and it is always available. I am very happy with this app.
1 ★Often this annoying message that connection is not strong enough and cannot be used because of that most of the time. Something that doesn't make any sense, cause the connection is 200mbps at that spot. And no, I'm not interested in calling offline, that's not the point of the app for me. This same experience is also of a friend of mine and other reviews. Not an app you can rely on when you need to make a call.
2 ★Getting worse and worse. Cannot even connect calls. The app takes 10 seconds to switch between online and offline constantly. The other side cannot hear us. And keeps charging for the calls even if the calls don't connect. I have used this service for 5 years and now I will switch with someone else. Good luck.
4 ★Works pretty well as long as I sit still during the call. I've learnef that if I move around the call may drop, which is annoying. This happened twice during the last call to the US from Canada. Also happened during some previous calls. Other than that, it's a good service. The price is certainly good.

1 ★Cannot make calls anymore, bad connection, says I don't have an internet connection but I'm on wifi full signal 50Mb/s. Then it connects but when trying to call numbers doesn't call and close the call without hearing any beep. I could use to make some calls before but the connection is bad, sometimes pass some seconds without hearing nothing or it close the call during a conversion. Cheap but not useful!

2 ★I have tried installing this app in two different mobiles. Huawei nova 3 and Samsung S22 ultra. Its perfect in Huawei with clear audio, smooth connection in data and wifi. But its not working in Samsung s22 ultra when it was connected with wifi. If i try to connect with mobile data then it works. But the worst part is, most of the time the app wont even open in samsung if its connected to the wifi. I am sure i have no issues with wifi, because Huawei was also connected with the same network.
1 ★It is a horrible app. It takes people money for nothing.. Nowadays, we call for free, It is a robbery nonetheless. Guys, watch out. 5$ for 5 minutes....bad business.!!!!! When I called and emailed support to tell them about my bad experience, it looked to me that they didn't care at all and said to buy another call.!!! Or try again!!! How about my monet u already took again they do not care!!! My advice is : Do not waste your money!!!!!
